Domino's Pizza

For the last two weeks the pizza quality has been fantastic for lunch on weekends. I’ve been buying from here for about four years and quality of pizza is the best it’s been for a long time. Please managers retain these bakers. Pay them well.

Fast service fresh food and the people in there tonight were super friendly very nice ordered 10 minutes in advance it said 12 to 22 minutes by the time I was there received a text message and my food is ready we ordered a pan barbecue hamburger a pan pepperoni and a hand tossed pepperoni and of course the garlic bites yummy if we're going to Domino's on the South City you're better off going to this one cuz all the other ones are horrible.

Ordered through the Dominos app and opted for pick up option over the delivery option. The pizza was ready within 10mins and we drove down to pick it up.

Ordered a pizza and bread twists. The pizza was hot and the bread twists were so soft yet crunchy also pronounced as fresh fresh! The pizza was a customized one with jalapenos, feta, bacon and mushroom, I like a thin crust so I dont feel like I'm eating a sandwich, yes! Thin crust all the way! I probably wont get used to pizza cut in squares anytime soon though

There was a problem with delivery, we did not get our food, called the store and they apologized for the issue and remade the food and sent it out again. I really appreciated the level of care and the desire to make it right.

I don't know, why all those Dominoes Pizza employees don't give you good service, you come to pick up your pizza, you greet cordially and they only see you and until they get tired of seeing you standing in the lobby they deliver it to you and your name is already on it. the screen that says ready to deliver.

Wow!!! First of all this pizza was so hot and fresh I could not believe it. I dont ever remember having to let a pizza that was delivered cool off. The driver was so friendly! Literally get in my belly!!

Stopped by and ordered a Wisconsin 6 Cheese Pizza. They accepted payment in the store (not all locations will accept in-location orders). They accepted cash (not all locations will accept cash). The pizza was done quicker than expected, and they brought it out to my car.

They did so good. Apparently my experience wasn't like any of these other reviews. Food was good and hot. It took awhile but I don't care. It's Friday of Halloween weekend. I knew they had to be slammed. So it didn't bother me at all waiting. The person delivering looked like a young kid. He did such a great job. Sometimes patience and understanding goes a long way. Too often people leave bad reviews but very seldom good reviews.

James and Marie are amazing, I had issues using the app and the coupon prompted one thing but charged another, James was kind enough to let me change my order so I could get the discount that was promoted on the website. Great team very kind and friendly even tho I came in last minute. Thank you both for being amazing at your jobs.

I got a call letting me know their delivery driver was MIA and I could pick up my food or wait an hour for the other driver. No trouble for me to pick it up and they offered to return the delivery fees too! Excellent customer care!

I was a goofball and mistakenly ordered at the wrong store. The reps were good humored about it and helped me resolve things, plus the pizza was great. Brian deserves a raise, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

I placed my first online order on a Saturday at 6 p.m. which I assume is a busy time. I had some difficulties and called my local Domino's 3 times for help Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and very patient with me. I can never go wrong when it comes to this location they always have my food hot ready and cook deliciously also cooked right. tonight I had a young lady named Jasmine as my cook and I had a young man by the name of the Philip as my delivery driver and I promise you they did an excellent job and they need to keep up the good work. Huge shout-out to Emily. We placed two orders today; one to one address and one to a second address. Somehow, on the backend- they showed up as the same address, so both orders were delivered to the second address. So the people at the first address called me two hours after when they thought the pizzas would arrive, saying they’re starving and asked where their pizzas were, so I called Dominos. Emily picked up. Of course. I was frustrated by the situation, and Emily helped turn the whole situation around. To top it off, she said the pizzas will arrive within 45 minutes and then, they arrived within 25 minutes. Thank you Emily and Dominos for the great customer service and quick resolution. (And I did email Brenda - the customer care rep so she could look into the situation on the backend about the two different addresses.) Thanks!

I've ordered a million times from this Dominos. They have never messed it up, they're always punctual, always kind, and always just the freaking best. I LOVE these guys. I'm mad I haven't made a review sooner! Thank you guys!

Always right on! I order from here 2-3 times a month, and the food is always fresh and it gets delivered super quickly. I usually only bother to post reviews when a place messes up or makes me mad, but this place is consistently on point. GJ guys!

Order pizzas ahead of time and they're ready to be picked up on time! Only one time has my order been wrong and mistakes do happen so I wasn't too upset about it. All the other times they were right on so I'm a happy customer! :)
