7-Eleven

This is, by far, my favorite gas station in town. Sure, it’s not the biggest space, but the employees are incredible. I go out of my way to fill up here because I always have a memorable experience talking with the cashiers. They’re always friendly and maintain a positive atmosphere. Today, I was lucky enough to be served by Beverly! The store looked super clean, and she was making sure everything was sanitized.

My bank has an ATM there. And scratchers!!!

I go here almost every night for a bag of Sour Neon Gummi Worms (7-11 Brand) and a Diet Sunkist. It's a nice little convenience store but they do not sell alcohol.

Too small inside. 3-person love barely fits inside store. Exterior bathrooms.

Very small. Has the basics but if you are looking for a variety or a big selection then this isn't the place to stop.

Not in the best area. I will stop during the day but you never know what you will get going at night. Just be cautious if you have to stop during the night.

Cool place except for the guy who works the morning shift he doesn't seem to greet African Americans

Wow, shocked but not surprised…after reading these reviews I find it disgusting so many others have shared my awful experience at this dump. By fthe worst 7-Eleven I have ever been to as a St. Louisan. “Store attendant” with extrlanguage barrier (you’ll need to bend you head under the plexiglass to communicate with this guy) overcharged me well over $20 while he was talking on the phone. I paid via debit card like a regular person so now the refund will take 3-5 business days. When I say broken English at best, I’m being polite. I could not understand much of the rambling from the employee so no real explanation as to why I was overcharged, just a delayed refund. Avoid, the employees at this dump of a gas station have zero regard for customer service, professionalism and timely service. The idiot had to call his boss and take a picture of the POS to issue a refund which cost me more time on top of the slow service and overcharge inconvenience. If 7-Eleven cared about their employees conduct they would immediately notice major problems at this store. Please have these clowns retrained at stores with competent employees. Thank you.

Neither of the employees had a face mask on. The clerk asked me if I needed anything else with my order and I told her “yes, I wish you had a mask on”. She told me that the plexiglass was protecting her. What a selfish individual. She touches everything we buy, to scan. Clueless. Irresponsible. Arrogant.
The other employee was stocking the shelves without any protection, mask covering… Nothing.
I tried looking up management contact but having trouble finding any number other than the store itself

Nasty part of a great neighborhood. Poorly maintained, landscaping is never cared for, trash all over the place. Never had a pleasant experience here. Sell this to someone that will care for it and be a positive part of the neighborhood please.

By far the worst 711 in the city. The male cashier has the worst attitude. He stated customer service isn't his thing. He refused to sell the last package of cigarettes because he wanted them. I will never return to 5350 chippewa location.

Short Iraqian male employee is a hateful nasty man and should not be dealing with the public. Please who ever you are Mr Owner of this place PLEASE REMOVE THIS MAN FROM WORKING HERE!!!!

The store is very small, takes a long time to get in and out. To exaserbate the problem, their small lot has 8 gas pumps. People park wherever they please, and there's usually a language barrier.

Wish I could talk to the owner because you have an employee that doesn't want to do the money orders into 3 months just talked to the clerk last night said the money order machine is working now you tell me owner is he down for your company making you lose money
