THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The owner Nancy is absolutely amazing!!! She helped me make my daughter's birthday extra special by helping me create the perfect edible arrangement. She was so friendly, helpful, upbeat, and genuine. I appreciate the amazing customer service I received. You rarely see this level of service. I'll be a customer for life!!!

I ordered from this location twice. Each time, I have had a great experience! The owner always answers your calls in a timely manner, with such a positive attitude. She answers all your question promptly, and always delivers the package on time. I will continue to order from this location, for any celebratory/ congratulatory occasions that I want to mark with delicious edible arrangements!

I am beyond thrilled with the level of professionalism and utmost class at this location. Nancy and her husband went above and beyond just "customer service". The experience was amazing as they helped to correct an issue with another location. A different location never delivered my order, and it had been two days with no delivery. After explaining the issue, this location made sure that my friend received her delivery right away. Even though they didn't cause the issue, they wanted to make sure I had a memorable experience with the "Edible Arrangements" name, so the threw in something extra. Nancy and her husband truly helped me to make V Day perfect for my friend. Thank you, both!

Nancy provides the most excellent service I have ever seen! She is one of the nicest people I have ever met and is always so helpful! She delivers superiorly crafted arrangements and that is why I am a repeat customer. I cannot recommend her and her store enough!

We drove 20 miles out of our way so we could order/pickup from this location, and we're so glad we did! The arrangement was fresh, beautiful, exactly what we ordered and ready on time.

I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement for my grandmother (I'm in the Chicago area) and the Bee Cave location fulfilled the order - I was very happy with everything! The driver called me to ask if it was alright to leave at the door since they didn't answer and even leaving it at the door (covered) for 20-30 minutes in the 84 degree heat everything was still fresh and not melted at all. And my grandma was very happy with it as well!

I was delighted to see a few tasty treats that were available to walk ins!! When you are dieting but know portion control is your weakness THIS is the place to go to pick up a decadent treat!!! You could get your something special and still fit into that outfit!

Their platters are always prepared with the best quality and freshest fruits and I love their attention to detail to make sure that every arrangement is extra special. Nancy called me to take my order for next day when she saw she missed my call! It was super last minute, and she communicated proactively over text also. I’m beyond grateful for her help on an order that was botched by the Pressler St location.

Your first treat is free and they have a policy that if you do not enjoy something, throw it back at them and they will make something else for you!

These people are amazing and you will immediately feel like family when interacting with any of the employees.

Everything is freshly cut and organic! In fact, the owner is a nutritionist and ensures that the quality of ingredients is superb!

I have food allergies and can not consume dairy... even with this limitation, Edible Arrangements was able to create a delicious smoothy for me that is both appetizing and fresh.

I highly recommend this place. They are more than just fruit bouquets. They can do EVERYTHING!

Friends have ❤d the new dipped fruit boxes I’ve given from Edible, which come themed, like birthday “drop cakes” or pumpkin-decorated “donuts.” Two people even said, “This is definitely not the same Edible.” “Freshest smoothies in Austin,” says my teeenager. Edible has evolved a lot from the fun and creative fruit displays in a container. Nancy and her staff at this location will take great care of your gift needs!!

The service it is amazing!!! I got there when they were close because the hours in Google are wrong and Nancy was so nice helping me out. We don’t have places like this in the area so it was such a relief that they help me out with the arrangement.
