Today SUPERIOR SS called me to ask if there was anything they could do for me. Then asked me a couple questions and assured me that it takes a while and the lady was thoughtful and helpful.

I'm from Minnesota, and needed to order a copy of my SS card. Even though I'm supposed to do it in Minnesota, they let me order it in Wisconsin. Wide open parking lot, guard at door is friendly and helps with any questions that he could.

Consistently great service over the past several years as we moved into retirement. Knowledgeable staff — so helpful. It’s such a relief to get immediate help and answers to questions whenever we call with questions. 5 Stars!

Was on hold for under five minutes which isn't bad these days and was treated with courtesy. My questions were answered nicely and accurately.

Called 5 times would like a supervisor to call me 4 different customer service reps told me they mailed my w2form out never received it yet,getting penalized for not receiving it yet from the IRS, very frustrated!!! What would you suggest me to do

Nearly 3-1/2 years to get disability after two decades of health problems. Initial rejection, appeal and hearing for which they did not schedule sufficient time; so hearing was delayed by a further four months. The volume of medical records alone should have indicated a big screw-up in the initial denials; and the need for more than a 50-minute hearing. Waited over a month to get a phone interview to get benefits started since the first person made no interview appointment. Working for the government means never having to say you're sorry.
