Their hours for customers are pretty much to normal and nice for the early. They could have more staff available in the garden dept.

I love Spending my Money on American Made. Plus not far from where I live.

It is always a very big opportunity to come here for what you need to complete your project. Its like an artists or a builders treat. I have been coming here since I was 13. I learn a lot about how to place material orders lile drywall and insulation and get it from the yard. 1 million stars.

Prices are higher but in my opinion, you get what you pay for

The first girl that I encountered after entering the store was super rude and definitely should be talked to by her boss. She's possibly just having a bad day but she was not a good person to have working in a service job. I don't think it was a bad day, though. I think she was trying to show disrespect to me and to my friend just from a mental place of being a hater. The cashier was really great though. Super nice, super patient with all the complications of my purchase with two rebates and a whole bunch of discount sheet protectors. Five stars for her.

The help waited on me and took their time in finding the gas grill I bought. Even helped me lift it into my car. That was really a good feeling of communication. And even said Merry Christmas and not happy holidays. That was nice to hear. Things like that makes a guy return to Menards. See I just lost my wife this passed year and it meant a lot to me.

Why? Why did you have to change everything around. My average time in store has doubled. Things are moved week to week. It had to drive employees nuts. They don't even know where things are! UPDATE having settled my jimmies from rustling I now feel better about the whole affair. Im better now.

Menards is our favorite store! Last time we visited, my husband and I were lifting heavy bags of soil into our truck when a young worker came over- on his own accord and took over the task! Great service!

Wide isles so it is easy to get around. Michele in the mirror department is the very best! Menards is very lucky to have her as an employee. Helpful, knowledgeable. Goes out of her way to help you. Really I wish she worked everywhere.

Best customer service I've had in a long long time. Every department someone came and asked if they could assist me.

I love Menard's because there is so many options to choose from when working on a variety of home/diy projects. It's a place where my boyfriend and I are both happy to shop at and the customer service is usually excellent.

We were impressed by JANELLE at this Duluth store. She helped us find what we needed in the plumbing department, and then later noticed us looking for items in the venting department and came over and assisted us there!!!

Helpful staff was a good thing since we couldn’t follow the map of the store very well. Clean store and easy check out. Got everything we came for.

So extremely pleased to see that mask wearing by everyone is mandatory. I hope other businesses follow that practice. It's the only way that this virus is going to be lessened until a vaccine is found for it. Our lives can again go back to the more normal. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Found the most beautiful rug there today it's called oak tree and although I was looking for a dining room rug I'm going to swap the one out in my living room instead. We were also there to get some treated 2x6x6 which they were out of so they quickly got some 12 footers to cut to get us on our way. Masks or face coverings still required there which we complied with because I love my Menards.

This store is very clean and well stocked with all your building needs. They also have a lot of cleaning and household items. Very nice knowledgeable staff!!!
