I was in the store today with my daughter who had a problem with two phones. Cody was more than awesome with working through the problem of both phones. He has great patience, attitude and personality while solving our problem and taking care of other customers at the same time. Many thanks for all that you did today

I was in the store today to help my mom buy a new phone. I give so much kudos to the one employee who was working, named Cody. Cody started there last month and was completely alone in the store (on iPhone drop day). They kept a positive attitude for the entire two hours I was there, simultaneously helped two different customers, and greeted every person who walked in and out the door. We had to call tech support twice and Cody handled it so well as they were talking them through things and was just very friendly the whole time. I think I saw 12 people come and go in that time, and no one ever complained or lost their temper because they could see Cody working very hard and with great spirit.

Cody, I sincerely hope they’re taking care of you like you’re taking care of their customers!

As usual I had the best experience when I came to pay my bill. I do that at the Victra store in Superior WI as I don't have internet. Staff, especially Cody, was very kind & helpful.

I dealt with 2 associates in there today. They both were super friendly and professional. There was someone named Taylor. She was helpful. She helped I think his name was Justin with setting up my Apple Watch. He was new. But seemed to have a clue what was going on. If you have needs with your phone they seem to know what do to.

I was there for four hours today. Everyone helping me was so patient and kind. They made sure all my problems were fixed. I really appreciate it

Alex greeted me on arrival, explained everything clearly, offered options and listened to me! He juggled multiple customers with ease, providing updates to each throughout. He handled a disgruntled customer so well! Knowledgeable, professional yet personal. Exceptional service!

Chase was extremely helpful and friendly. He fixed my ipad cellular when online tech support was useless!

When my mother and I came in there was only one person working, he was already helping a customer who seemed upset with the utmost respect and trying to be as helpful as possible, there was also another customer waiting ahead of us. Despite him being the only staff he was courteous and calm and made sure to greet everyone and help everyone at a time well and thoroughly despite juggling between customers! Again, even with him being the only worker, the time we were there he assisted a total of 6 groups including my mother and I, and helped them all thoroughly and timely, despite having to bounce between and multitask besides!!! It was also the end of the day/close to closing time! The care he took of us as well as the rest of the customers we will definitely be back just because of Jaxon! Plus I walked out with a brand new phone!

I have been in Verizon 3 times since September 2, October and today, 12.07. Each time Alex helped me and did so in a very excellent and professional manner. He is very knowledgeable, calm and patient in answering all of my questions. This has become my favorite Verizon store! Thank you, Alex, for your expertise.

Very pleased with the patience the employees here have! This location is very helpful when I need it and I recommend it to all my friends and family! Alex is the best and so professional, I have had to come back a few times to get his help with my family plan and he is always there with a smile! The only thing I don’t like is they don’t have very good AC.

Stopped in because I was having problems with my phone. Service was great and it was fixed quickly.

Kurt's was amazing, knew his job, easy to work with, funny, transfered my wife's files over, we were in and out in 45 min,

Jake was great, knowledgeable and helpful with getting me prepared for the pending arrival of my iPhone Pro Max 12.

With his guidance and suggestions, I walked out of the store wth a new cover; screen protector; and blue tooth ear buds.

Simple and pleasurable and I'll be looking forward to returning soon to get the screen protector installed.

I went in hoping to get an iPhone 12 Pro Max & I walked out with exactly what I wanted & much more! Great sales people, very friendly & super patient. I’ve dealt with maybe 15 or more stores over the phone or in person the last month trying to hunt down the newest tech & these two were rockstars! Thank you again!

I had a bad experience at at&t which force me to walk home in freezing weather. I found this story on the waay home and within 20 minutes had the phone I wanted and a ride home! The manager David went well beyond his normal duties in making sure I had a great experience. Would recommend this store to anyone.

I've bought my phones here for the past 10 years or so, and have always been given good advice. They explain things clearly, so that even I, a non-techy older woman, can understand perfectly. They are always willing to take time to answer my questions as they come up. I whole-heartedly recommend this store!

David was very helpful, he was working alone but did an awesome job multitasking and answering all of our questions. We left very happy and with upgraded phones after switching over to Verizon!

Our experience today at the Superior Verizon Store was quite pleasant. Dustin was very patient and informative. The store was very clean. Matt wiped down the used chairs thoroughly between customers.

Thanks to Brian and his pleasant attitude and knowledge in his work. Though covid-19 has life turned upside down, Brian stays cool and treats everyone so kind. Love'n the new phone too!!
