Menards

We purchased a Maytag range from Menards online and didn’t receive the LP conversion kit. I went to Menards in Superior and got THE BEST customer service from Maya in Appliances. She helped me located the necessary parts at another store because, it was the right thing to do! Thank you Maya and Zachary - we appreciate the effort!!!

We purchased a pole building and siding for our house last year at the Superior Menards with Don at the ordering desk. Don was fantastic and really knows his stuff! This year we are building a garage and we’re pleased to find Don working when we placed our order. Again he didn’t disappoint! Don deserves a raise! Went to the Superior WI menards to pick up my garage order. Was helped by Jeffster in the yard. Jeffster was great and a real professional employee while assisting loading all my materials I needed on the trailer! Way to go Jeff and you deserve a raise!

I came to the Superior location with my friend to finish up her landscaping as she needed some bricks. We were in the garden center and asked an employee for help. This guy was so nice and knowledgeable. Gave us a giggle because his name tag said "Jeffster". I'm thankful for his help with finding the bricks we needed and not to mention he helped load them up. Pleasant experience with a totally awesome employee! Nice job Menards!

Husband texted me to pick up some things from here after work because he was busy. I didnt know what half the stuff was (I hate shopping for him!) I was ready to walk out when this super tall employee asked me if I needed any help. Honestly, that never happens so you can imagine how impressed I was. Showed him the message from my husband and he showed me where to go and answered all my questions. I'll never forget Jeffster. Good job Menards for hiring people that actually help and not run into another isle when I make eye contact with them!! Extra kudos for the fun name tag. Thanks Jeffster for your help. Husband is happy. Hopefully this guy is still working if I ever have to make another trip.

We went to pick up brown treated lumber and after we paid it was the end of the pile and they weren’t the best looking ones left. Thank god for Jeffster who came in clutch and checked in the extra back stock and found us all the lumber we needed and even helped us load it. Give this man a raise!!!

I have been to a few different Menards but the one in Superior is the best. I am impressed by the customer service not only in store but outside as well. Their yard guys are by far the BEST. I was helped by "Jeffster" and Todd with a very large order and their teamwork got me in and out exceptionally fast, even while helping other customers at the same time. Great job!

They have almost everything here. From sweet treats to hardware and tools to Christmas trees.

Menards is great. Love their 11% off every two weeks. Today was last day. Stocked up on bird seed, dog food and solar yard lights.

Purchased an awezome storm door and got it installed! Great price, super easy installation, and looks great!

I don’t generally leave reviews, but Marvin whom of which is the electrical manager, really went above and beyond to help meet my needs and educate me! He deserves a raise! Thank you Marvin :)

Menards in Superior is a wonderful place to shop. I ordered some fence panels, and cement and the fellow was very helpful and knew what I was looking . And when I brought the papers over to finalize the order and setting up for delivery, the gentleman was polite and knew how to get everything in place that I wanted. It was a great experience. I would recommend Superior Menards to everyone! Thank you!-

It is the largest home improvement store in Nortwest Wisconsin. Everything from flooring to windows to garge doors to books and pet supplies. Menards has most all of it.

It's a nice place to shop. We were able to get everything we needed.

This Menards was awesome! Especially Mason in the kitchen department. After hearing it would take months for cabinets at a number of other stores, Menards was able to get us cabinets in a week because they are made in the USA! And deliver them promptly to our cabin:) Thanks to Mason’s quick work we were able to order cabinets for our kitchen and be out of there in about 1/2 an hour!

Great place to shop! I love their prices and selection. I can always find what I need here, even obscure things like shelving pegs for my bookcase (a couple got lost when I moved). Also got a perfect new light for my new kitchen after I broke the globe on my last one. I even picked up some storage bins (large and small) for the garage and bathroom. Saved a stop at another store. Love that!

Excellent, had what I needed without having to search for them. Men's room was exceptionally clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful including cashier, cart corral didn't have too many carts in it. Very pleased. Thank you.

We love our BACKYARD DISCOVERY Abilene 10x10 cedar pergolas from Menards in Superior Wi. They are easy to assemble and added just the right touch to our home and cabin! The hardware on the pergola is high-end and very rustic looking! The store was clean! The help was excellent! This was the first time at any store during the pandemic the cash register employee wiped down everything before and after I went through the aisle! I thanked her over and over she was so gracious! All the employees we ask for help at this store are excellent! John Menard... time to buy this store employees lunch!

Bought automotive battery that rang up more than tag on shelf. After showing the difference they matched the price. Was buying a pair so saved 40.
Some places will not do this for customers. Today bought seed for birds and some groceries. Lot of sale items for the holidays.

I went to menards in Superior for some paving brick and block tools and the customer service was excellent. Very helpful at the construction counter, the cashier said just ask at the gate for help and they will radio a forklift. The guy on the lift was excellent placed the first pallet nicely in the truck then helped break down and stack the rest of the order.
