Marcus, the Chem-Dry team, and their products are exceptional. Marcus is extremely professional, timely, and transparent. We have a 10 by 12 foot shag, WHITE area rug. I know, what was I thinking?! But Marcus did an incredible job. It looks new! Our carpets are dry, clean, and smell fantastic after just an hour! Highly recommend Marcus and his business!

Marcus and crew did a great job on my carpets. We had the entire house done and I was blown away with how quick & efficient they were but mostly by how great my carpets looked afterwards. A few hours and they were mostly dry. It was so easybto book online and pricing was competitive. Looking forward to having them cleaned again next year.

Marcus explained everything he was doing to get our carpet cleaned at a reasonable price. We had pet urine stains and traffic pattern dirt. Areas that were dark brown were visibly lighter. The puppy pee smell is gone. I would highly recommend Marcus for your carpet cleaning needs.

This is our 2nd time using them to have our furniture and carpets done. Marcus is amazing! We have two big dog so our couch and carpets take a beating. The couch looked brand new after he was done! Also cleaned our living room carpet and stairs where we have had a few dog accidents but now the smell and stains are all gone. Very positive experience. Great contact before the actual appointment. Marcus and partner were friendly and professional, and the end result was wonderful. 18 year old carpeting looked clean, fresh, and almost like new. I would highly recommend Chem-Dry. And yes, the carpet was dry in 2 hours.

We had a large sofa cleaned. There were quite a few stains from the previous owner and they worked hard to get as many out as possible. The owner was communicative, on-time, and professional. Highly recommend.

Got out "mystery" stains we bet they could not get out! We have used them for the past 3 years. They are always efficient, thorough, and arrive within the time frame given to do our carpets, fabric furniture and Scotchgarding. Can't smell our hound dog any more!

I called and left a message on a Saturday morning. The owner got back to me right away even though they are not open on weekends. We had a appt scheduled for 2 days later. They came out to our house, were very professional and helped us decide what services would be best for our situation. We ended up having them clean, sanitize and deodorize our carpets. They also applied a scotch guard after. We had dog urine smell in our house from potty training our puppy and having him mark in the house. After they were done the carpets have never looked so good. They look new again!! The carpets are so soft to walk on and the urine smell is totally gone:) The people were super nice and the owner was great! Marcus was so knowledgeable about this industry. I feel I learned a great deal while he was here. Very professional and dedicated to doing the best job ever! We had our basement carpet cleaned about a week ago. I wanted to wait to leave a review. We have an elderly cat who peed all over the carpet. Today the smell is entirely gone!!! I can't believe they got it all out. 100% recommend Nature's Care Chem-Dry!

Marcus has been our go-to guy for our carpets and rugs the last few years, and most recently granite cleaning and sealing. He is hard working, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. One time I texted him in a panic when I spilled a turmeric drink on my light rug! He walked me through a couple things to try and I was able to get it out. I also love the Chem dry system and feel good about using their system in our home with our children. Highly recommend!
