Awesome store. Everything for every occasion. Not expensive at all for what you get

I volunteered to do a fall-themed dog photo shoot for my friend's start up TX Dog Magazine. That's hard to do here in the summer. Well, I found a dog with a yellow raincoat and that's when I knew... I must seek out a single red balloon. And where else do I find that balloon than Party City! When I entered, my nose was attacked with the sent of candy, which is a compliment, and I had to redirect myself back to the balloons. I told the girl at the counter I was looking for a single red balloon. I picked one out. "Is this like an It thing?" she asked. 'Yes!' I told her. "Then you're going to want the other red balloon because that one is too shiny."
She inflated the balloon she suggested I get and it was perfect. I will definitely go back whenever I need a single red balloon.

The staff was very helpful by navigating me through their enormous selection, right to what I came in for.

Jada took excellent care of me when she found out my order had slipped through and hadn't been completed. Thanks Jada and the other young lady that was at the counter that offered amazing customer service ❤

I've frequented this location. The staff are friendly. As most party cities go they don't always have everything I need at one location. But the staff is still willing to help me find what I'm looking for at other stores.

I have been in store and have had pick up orders. Both experiences were great. Awesome staff, very helpful.

They saved my butt! Manager and employee named Laurel let me in 10 min after they closed, to make my purchase. They were very kind and helpful! I am a balloon and face painter and had driven an hour away from home to paint for a party... Well it turned out that my client wanted balloons instead... So I'm freaking out and decide I need to find a store nearby that sells balloons... this party city graciously provided and I was able to go back to the party and be their balloonist.

Mind-boggling in it's colorful cluttered state but you can find ANY theme decor you might want here. Aisles are marked so there is little to be done about it, there is just a LOT OF STUFF HERE!
