Incredibly frustrated! My family has used Royce and Hope for over a decade. Now, they’re passing their firm on to a guy named Chuck and it’s June and our taxes still haven’t been filed. They’ve moved twice & when I came to get my docs to transfer to a new tax office, they have a sign on the window that they’re out to lunch. It doesn’t matter that they’d just called to tell me their address and knew I was coming. Pathetic and unprofessional.
