I thoroughly enjoyed the purchase of my new sofa and recliners at the Lazy Boy Alliance store. Arlene Jones is a wonderfully genuine lady and made the process smooth and easy. Her knowledge of the inventory and choices of fabric finishes was extensive and she guided me gently, when asked, through the entire visit. I feel like I made great choices and look forward to receiving my furniture. I was also blessed and am able to say I made a new friend in the process! Thank you, Arlene!!!!

Arlene was fabulous! She made sure all our needs were met and we paid much less than expected! Ask for Arlene if you shop at LazyBoy! She has a huge heart and loves people. It’s obvious she cares about people and fulfilling their needs.

Arlene was very helpful. She greeted us as soon as we walked. As we looked at recliners, she asked if I have ever been fitted to a recliner. She took the time to explain it and make sure I found the right chair. Excellent knowledge about the product and taking the time to explain the different types of chairs

Came in for a recliner and left with a recliner thanks to Jeff! My husband knew what he wanted and we had a tighter budget and he showed us a couple great options, was not pushy about anything, and was able to order us the perfect recliner that my husband loves and a color that I love too. Very attentive and helpful and we’re so excited to get our recliner.

Dianne Page was very informative in helping us figure out which seating options would be best for updating our living room. She was thoughtful and considerate of our needs and preferences, making this purchase easy as pie.

Jeff and Robert did real good by me. I had some issues with a chair I bought. It was a special order did not come the way I thought it should have. Jeff the manager did all he could to to make it right Robert was keeping up with the warranty department. I think he may have been giving pushing on them. All said and done with I have chair that works like a la z boy should. I was hard to please . I have had la z boy recliners both new and used. The two of them worked together and were never rude to me. They may have had some thing to say when I wasn't, around. Very professional. Thank you guys for being in my corner. Iam very pleased with my new chair.

We could not be happier with the service and support we received from Jeff Harris! His knowledge, patience and detailed explanation of our special order recliners left us with no question about our purchase. Our recliners arrived within 9 weeks, earlier than expected. They were beautiful and exactly what we ordered. My husband loved the fit and comfort of his, however we chose smaller recliners with tempurpedic cushioning and I could not get comfortable in it. I recalled Jeff’s words “ these are not the type that will hug you when you sit down, they are firm but will contour to your body”. I could not get comfortable and felt sick that I had this beautiful recliner that I could not use and luckily my old recliner welcomed me back without grudge 😊. I understood the purchase contract on returns and was prepared to deal with it. However, I had nothing to lose so I called Jeff. I explained my own disappointment in my purchase and was there anything that could be done to return, willing to pay a restocking fee, knowing IF anything could be done I needed a chair that would be comfortable for years to come. Jeff said he would see what or IF he could do anything. In the 48 hours while I waited for his call back, I would sit in my husbands chair hoping I would learn to love it. It was not going to happen. Jeff called me back with an answer I never expected, they would return with a restocking fee and I went immediately to the store and took my time in choosing the chair that provided the comfort that I wanted. To say I’m thankful is an understatement! Thanks to Jeff for making me a loyal customer and doing something I never expected!!

I have been a long time La-Z-Boy customer, and have yet to be disappointed. Most recently, I custom ordered a new recliner from the La-Z-Boy store in Alliance. The staff helped me select the recliner size, style, and material (both type of fabric and color) that would go best with my home office decor. I was helped by Diane, who was a pleasure to work with - while I didn’t directly work with any other sales staff, they were friendly and happy to chat with me and my 4 year old son. When ordering the chair, I was told up front that there were long lead times (anywhere from 25 to 42 weeks according to the paperwork). As I wanted a bespoke piece, I had no issues with this. They delivered on the short end of the promised date, with the piece being ready in 25 weeks. I was called well over a month before the piece was ready, just to check in and give a status update (which was appreciated).

Overall, I have had a good experience with this store, and absolutely love the customer recliner they helped me design. Thanks to the staff for all of their help, and to La-Z-Boy for yet another incredibly comfortable, well-designed chair!

I recently visited the store and bought a roomful of furniture. Diane my sales associate was excellent, she fine tuned what I wanted and made the experience focused on my needs. I met with the designer, Tommy and he worked with me several hours to finalize my choices and pick the pieces that fit my space. Wonderful experience, highly recommend this store on North Freeway, Fort Worth.

Jeff was excellent in helping my husband and I look for the furniture that was best suited for us. He was very knowledgeable about the types of leather and styles. He wrote a detailed description of what we were interested in so we could determine the cost. We love our furniture! Thanks Jeff for a great experience.

I bought a Morrison Lazy Boy chair from Jeff. He was very helpful and informative. He showed me many chairs. We found the right one for my size. I ended up doing a special order in a beautiful grey leather..

The quality of the furniture is 5 stars. My salesperson, Arlene, is 5 stars. The designer, Madison, is 5 stars. My overall experience with the Ailiance location in North Ft. Worth has been a pleasant experience. I do acknowledge there are delays in getting the products, but that is not the fault of the store or the personnel. I have known about the delays at the time of purchase.
We are living in strange times. I would recommend La-z- Boy to any of my friends or family. Pssst, ask for Arlene.
