It was a pleasure working with Michael. I called other agencies and was left on hold for 1 1/2 hours with not answer. I called Michael yesterday, less than 24 hours later I had multiple quotes, from multiple agencies, with different coverages from my specific needs. I have now switched over my landlord homeowners insurance policy, and will be looking to switch my auto coverage. He took his time to explain the differences in coverages and packaged my coverages according to me needs with his vast amount of knowledge in his career field.
