Panera Bread

Have not been here for a while. The food was over the top. Cheddar Broccoli soup was amazing as well as the turkey bacon bravo. Service was great also and got treats too go.

When a catering order fell through at the last minute I asked if they would be able to help me. Holly called the caterer Cory back in to help me and started on as many things as she could to fill my last minute order ASAP. They were a lifesaver for me today. I really appreciate their sympathy “we’re here for ya” and quick work as I would have been in a bad situation without it. Thank you!

Food is fresh each time and the staff is always friendly and willing to help! I placed an order pickup instead of curbside by accident and Holly was able to fix my order so it was ran out to me instead of me running inside in my PJs.😂 Just another example of their flexibility and it really helped me out!

Don't get to Panera as much as I'd like but they always hit the spot. Great breads, delicious mac n cheese, and all the food is full of flavor

I came in today and ordered to-go. I worked at Panera in Alton, Carbondale, and Edwardsville. I was an associate trainer and I worked with these establishments for about 3 years. All very nice establishments. I can say that the Decatur location is really busy but efficient. I didn’t wait too long given the circumstances of how many people were inside. The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt was perfect! I have made thousands of these myself and from the presentation to the last bite I was impressed. I miss working for such a friendly and team driven restaurant. Thank you to the TEAM that made my lunch today. You are all great!

I've always loved panara, but now that thier wearing shirts in support of pride, I love it even more. Thank you for your support.

I recently had an issue with a curb-side order. I addressed it with the manager. He rectified the situation in a timely and helpful manner. I would rate the customer service here with management as excellent!

This place has gone through a few changes, remodels, etc. over the years but has remained a pretty solid place to grab a bagel, lunch, or just something yummy to drink. For lunch or dinner, I personally love the Spicy Thai Salad and Sierra Turkey. The Sierra isn't on the menu, but last time I was there I could still get it. They have plenty of decent choices, so I would definitely recommend stopping in. I've used the rapid pick up a few times and never had any problems, just an extra fyi.

You now must order at the kiosk when you enter. There was a nice lady there to assist everyone. Ordered a crunch brown sugary bagel. It was great as usual! Everyone was so nice. Fast service and loads of attention to social distancing. Everyone was very nice

Aria kept up with the lobby absolutely wonderfully. She was nice and friendly when my daughter and I had dinner. She is great 👍

The food is really good a little bit pricey... We called the order in it was ready when...

We ordered a pastry for breakfast the next day and ate dinner. The service was good. The pastry was fresh and tasty.

Brilliant service at the counter. Excellent food, one of the best restaurants in the city. Food is prepared well, both visually and in standards of taste. I would recommend this to anyone who asked me if they should visit this restaurant. 5 stars.

The manager on duty today went above & beyond! Fantastic customer service & at a time when good customer service is SO hard to find...he was a breath of fresh air! We will be back because of him! Panera...hold on to this one. He does your business well! BRAVO!

Comfort food for the win! I had just got off a long and hard 12 hour shift and I wanted food that is good for the soul! Panera bever dissapoints. Piping hot food that comes out quick and tastes amazing every single time! Friendly staff too! Will be back several times!

Nice quiet place to have a snack, desert and a pleasant cup of coffee.
I would like to go there every day, but just too much of a drive for me. I try to make the time to stop when I'm in the area.

They are always helpful with any questions about their food and the food is always delicious. The kitchen sink cooked and lemon cookies are by far my favorite. For breakfast the only option is the souffle!!!! Over the top outstanding!!!
