Slumberland Furniture

We talked to Michelle last week and she was very helpful while at the same time a very no pressure sales person. Went back in to order the furniture we had picked out. Michelle was off, but Cheryl helped us complete the order. Both very helpful and great knowledge of the products. Would definitely buy from them again!

Wes was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. Explained even my dumb questions. I was purchasing a bed. He didn’t try to pressure sell me into something. Told me to sleep on it punt intended(:. I will definitely be back to purchase again from him.

Great service with knowledgeable sales associates that took the time to explain about the lift chair we wanted to buy. She and the other associate were very kind and patient when helping with my mother who is elderly, my mother was sold on the lift chair that I personally researched before we arrived at the store. Have always had a great experience here and today was no different. Always promptly greeted and told about sales but then allowed to look around without pressure. Cheryl has been our sales person the last two times and she is wonderful. We are very pleased and will continue to return for future furniture purchases.

Large selection of reasonably priced furniture. Purchased 2 mattresses from Wesley during a sale & he went above & beyond to help us get us what we wanted. Friendly & helpful service. Will definitely be going back when we need to replace our living room furniture.

My husband and I were looking for new furniture for our living room. We looked at several places in Springfield and Decatur. Slumberland had the best selection at the cheapest prices. I am now enjoying my new reclining couch and loveseat. Cheryl and John were very helpful. They allowed us to shop their store, yet stayed close by for any questions we may have had.
Their delivery guys were wonderful and courteous of how they handled our new furniture. 👏

We bought our living room furniture from the Decatur slumberland location a couple years and decided to look at their selection of mattresses and beds. Michelle was very helpful and gave us a lot of information about the product and sales package going on. I recommend this store for the professional staff and quality products.

John was so helpful. We were buying a chair for my 87 year old MIL. No pressure, plenty of compassion. The store is spotless!

Shopping for a tv console. Checked online and found one that I wanted to see in store. Went and spoke with the sales agent. She was able to show me different color versions of the 70 inch tv console. She was able to look in her inventory, found, and ordered. Picked it up from the store a few days later. Overall a quick purchase, but the customer service was extremely helpful, both with floor sales and warehouse pick up. This piece makes a great addition to my living room decor. Always seem to return to the local slumberland for products.

Michelle was our saleswoman today. My second experience with her and she is exceptional!
My 92yr old mom was there to buy a mattress and she couldn’t have been more patient and wonderful with her.

Great place to buy Lazy Boy products. John Ferber is the best. Went to 3 LB stores and this was by far the best and most reasonable 1 of all. Don't waste time or money going to that 1 about 40 miles west of Decatur. Went in to buy 1 big man (Redwood) power, rocker/recliner,with headrest and lumbar support and ended up buying regular size (Astor) same add on's for my wife....MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄 to us.

I was greeted and then allowed to look without pressure. When I was ready for help, FRIENDLY help was immediately available. That and a great deal on a loveseat made the visit a very positive experience.
