Sleep Inn Decatur I-72

Absolutely best customer service. I dont know what others are saying. The customer service was great. Chris helped me get the room i wanted before he got ready to leave. Most people don't even answer the phone if they are leaving in ten minutes. The shower was amazing. The shower has a light and a glass door. The water was hot, and the sprayer was on point.
The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast was great. Cheesy eggs, biscuits, and gravy. Waffles. Hunny buns and donuts.

Went here year's back as a kid bc our car popped a tire on family vacation and it couldn't be fixed until the next morning. From what i remember, staff and the rooms were incredible, especially for a last minute reservation in a pinch. Still grateful about it. 💕

Great, clean, and quiet hotel. I didn’t try the breakfast but it’s definitely a nice area in the hotel.

I was very impressed with this location. From all the front desk folks to the house cleaning. Great spacious room, very comfortable bed, clean, clean, clean. Complementary breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub. I was there 5 days, broke down while my truck was in the shop. I had a lot of refrigerator food, my rooms refrigerator stopped, and they upgraded me to a suite, being that's all they had left. It was awesome, 2 burner stove, dishwasher, couch, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Worked out great to cook some food. Awesome.

I LOVED IT! My husband, my toddler and myself needed a place to go as it was our first month here in Illinois. Sharon the assistant manager was absolutely amazing, the manager Chris went out of his way and helped us with a cheaper rate as we were staying for weeks at a time. Housekeeping keeps this place immaculate. Lisa will give you just about anything you need and make sure you have extras .The staff made us feel at home, comfortable while in a difficult situation. They will do just about anything to accommodate any needs you may have. I highly recommend this hotel as opposed to any other in the area I speak from experience because I ve seen just about all of them. The pool and hot tub are always very clean they keep pool towels stocked at all times. The beds are the best part You'll have to lay in one to understand. Great place and even better service! You'll want to stay here again after you leave.

This was our first the in Illinois and at a Sleep In hotel. And I must say it was beyond what a normal stay was first off the rooms were very clean and roomy. Hats off to housekeeping Ms. Lisa and Ms. Ashley I truly thank you. Next up the amazing staff at front desk I felt like family to them...Hats off to Sharon ,Beth and Chris my dog passed away during our stay and they were beyond caring ...Love you guys

I travel for work and stay at choice hotels and this is one of the nicer ones! Richard and Sharon run a great ship over there. The rooms are always clean and the front desk is always open. The only recommendation I have is to get a better coffee setup!

Nice employees, great options for breakfast, and checkout time is 12 pm which is amazing. Only thing is me mostly. I clean for a living so I notice the smallest details, it looks like they do a general clean but nothing too deep, but it's expected from a hotel. definitely cleaner than other places I've stayed

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The room's are very nice with comfortable beds, no stains on sheets, blankets, newer bright white curtains that brighten the room up as you have a beautiful lake view. And the best part is I could actually wash my long thick hair because they had new nice shower heads with wonderful water pressure. Lol. But seriously the shower was great! I will always stay at the Sleep Inn anytime I am in Decatur, Il.

Clean establishment! Nice showers and also thx for the toothpaste and toothbrush. What a life saver. I didn’t have to run to Wally’s world.

Clean hotel for the price with a good desk along with microwaves and fridges in the rooms. They also still have rooms for smokers on the top floor. We smokers enjoy being able to slide open the window to light up without having to go outside in inclement weather. Too bad many other hotels are shunning their guests who smoke. I will keep coming back for the above reasons noted. :)

Stayed for 3 nights. Room was fantastic. Modern decor. Friendly and helpful staff. FREE BREAKFAST!! would definitely stay again! Fitness room is a bit lacking but there is at least a good treadmill.

Stayed here for two nights during a business trip. The facility is clean and the rooms are fresh. The showers are a bit odd and feel cramped (even though I am a small guy) with the semi-circular design reminding of a cryogenic chamber. The bed was fluffy and comfy. Will stay here the next time while in Decatur.

Very nice rooms! Great shower, awesome breakfast, comfy beds, nice pool and hot tub. Great front desk staff. Housekeeping needs to be friendlier and not complain in front of guests. Very comfy beds. Little pricey.

The staff treated me like family. Cindy was a few steps above making sure I was taken care of. The fact that the staff cooked us food was priceless. I never experienced treatment like this. I give them a score of 10 💫

I've stayed at the Sleep Inn twice and would highly recommend it even if you're just passing through on I-72. Lots of tv channels to entertain kids, an indoor pool and a very filling breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff helpful.

We spent 2 weeks hard while waiting to close on our home. The staff are such wonderful people. Sharron was always friendly and would do what it takes to help a guest. Thanks guys

My Aunt and Uncle from Wisconsin stayed here when they came up to visit and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay here. Said the prices were reasonable, the bed was comfortable and their room was more than adequate. They plan to come again and stay at the same place.
