My husband and I just spent one of the most fun hours shopping we’ve ever spent. Buying a mattress is hard, but Thomas guided us through our choices knowledgeably and professionally. He was very patient with us as we tried out a range of mattresses, and because of his help we left the store confident that we’d made the right choice. I would strongly recommend working with him at the Decatur store. And Blake was nice too!

The customer service here was awesome. Very friendly people that work here. They helped me with any questions I had and was able to help find me a mattress that was best suited for my preferences. I’d recommend anyone looking for a new bed to come visit here first. Also, couldn’t end it without saying the quality of the mattresses are excellent.

I recenty bought a Sleepys basic hybrid mattress and heavy duty bed frame. I've only slept on it for 2 nights so far, but I slept amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and personable! If you need a new bed, I highly recommend trying them here first!

Thomas and Blake were amazing! They went above and beyond to help us pick out the perfect bed! Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without having to keep going and looking up the info!! Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new bed!

I loved everything about my experience there. Thomas was super helpful and talked me into going back for an adjustable sleep set. Blake was also helpful in helping me pick out mattresses for my children and setting up free delivery.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER buying a bed! Blake & Thomas, besides being knowledgeable and not pushy, were so kind and helpful, and a joy to talk with. Very unusual that 2 young men would take the time to visit with an “older” couple and actually carry on a conversation. The 2.5 hours we spent felt like we were visiting family. I highly recommend going here if you are in need of a bed. They will listen to what you are looking for and gear you towards your needs; they see you as a person, not another sale. Heck, I’ll be back just to visit them!!

Blake was so helpful to us in discussing the different features of the variety of mattresses offered, making sure we'd find the right one for us. He and Charlie both made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. I would recommend this store and these gentlemen without reservation.

We went to go look at a new bed for my granddaughter and Charlie was able to help her the right kind of bed she liked and kept it in our price range. He explained everything very well and was super nice and patient. For it being our first time there, we had a great experience!

Charlie was very helpful to me in getting a mattress donated and delivered to a foster care youth all the way in Chicago! His generosity touched me and I am so glad I was able to work with him. I recommend this Matress Firm to all looking for a quality mattress and excellent service.

Thomas was the best. I’ve never bought a mattress before he made it easy and got me a really great deal! I would suggest him to anyone.

Salesman was very helpful in explaining the different comforts levels in each mattress and did not try to push to the most expensive ones. That would have been a big turnoff for me. My daughter recommended this store and I was quite pleased with the service.
