Dr Ismaili and his friendly and very well organized staff are simply amazing. I almost can’t put into words how impressed I am by the dynamics of this office. I had an old botched implant from another surgeon that went south, so I had to have it removed/replaced. I was referred to Dr Ismaili by my primary Dentist. Wow, I only wish I had found him years ago! His bedside manner is caring and confident, and just seemed happy to be there, if that makes sense. Surgery went great. He called me personally after my surgery to check on me and answer questions.

I have been trying to come up with the words to emphasize how amazing Dr Ismaili and his staff are. From day 1 of my consultation to the last day of my treatment truly has been the best care I have ever experienced! I walked in and the warmth and kindness from the front desk puts a smile on my face and when I was called to the back all my fears were put to rest , they are so kind and gentle and I felt completely at ease!! Dr Ismaili is funny, kind, gentle and his attention to detail made me know I was in the right place!!! He and his entire staff took care of me like I was family!! I would not change one thing about this office!!! I will always be grateful to him and his staff for giving me my smile back!!

Dr Ismaili has performed surgery on me a couple of different times. He and his staff go over and beyond to attain patient comfort. I would not even consider another oral surgeon. I am not good with dental work and told them and they went out of the way to make me comfortable with every procedure. His office staff and dental assistants are very nice.

Dr. Ismaili and his staff are the best! I had my wisdom teeth removed with them. They made me comfortable since my first consultation.

Additionally, I did not have to go somewhere else to get my CT scan done. It was all done in office. That was convenient!

They are knowledgeable and will answer all your questions.

I had an infected tooth that had to be extracted right away. I was in excruciating pain, so much, the right side of my face and neck were very swollen. I had an appointment at Park Forest Oral Surgery for a consultation, and although I was not scheduled for surgery, Dr Ismaili agreed to get it done that same day. He is such a caring doctor, very compationate and his staff is very polite and professional. He even called me that night to check up on me. You don't see that very often, at least not from the doctor. I highly recommend them, they will take care of you.

Best oral surgeon!! Staff is friendly and attentive. Professional all the way around! They called and checked on me several times after my procedure as well!

I was an emergency new patient on November 21, 2023 requiring oral surgery. I was in pretty bad shape from a failed dental procedure from the previous day. I was in excruciating pain and full of anxiety. Dr. Ismaili and his staff took excellent care of me and got me on the road to revovery.

The entire staff was so well trained and kind and Doc. Ismaili took time to explain biopsy and tissue removal and his skills were exceptional. My lip looks so much better now. Thanks for the great care and follow-up.

Dr Ismaili is always cheerful and a conscious oral surgeon. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The office is run with total professionalism.

We were referred here by our pediatric dentist for my child to get some teeth removed. We were so pleased with the experience. Dr. Ismaili seems to genuinely care about his patients. He walked our child out to the car and helped them inside the vehicle, while giving us some post op instructions, and telling us to call if we needed anything. Little touches like that really matter. Hopefully the kiddos don’t need any more oral surgeries, but if they do, it will be done here.

I went in with a severely infected tooth that had swollen half of my face to the point where I was almost unrecognizable. The staff were friendly and helpful. My experience with the team at Park Forest was amazing. They were kind and helpful from the beginning. The ladies in the front are very sweet and helpful. The facility is clean, classy and professional. Dr Ismaili did a great job extracting eight of my teeth. He was caring, quick and thorough. Dr. Ismaili removed my wisdom teeth two weeks ago and I would recommend! The entire process was so comfortable for me, and the calls to check in afterwards show that they really care about your healing.

Man Dr. Ismaili is awesome! I needed an extraction done. I went in for the consultation all the staff I encountered were very customer oriented. I scheduled the appointment for the following Monday. I arrived about 10 minutes before time, the team was ready and it seemed like they were waiting on me (lol) I was sooo nervous never having this done & only being able to have local anesthesia….When I tell you my conversation was definitely longer than the procedure, please believe it lol…From the numbing to the removing of the tooth it may have taken 20 minutes total…Not only was that impressive I did not have any discomfort this whole healing, didn’t need any pain meds or anything. Forgot to mention the price was so feasible it was unbelievable! DR. ISMAILI IS DEFINITELY HEAVEN SENT!🙌🏾 THANKS TO PARK FOREST FOR SUCH GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
