Kroger

I recently moved to Arlington coming from Dallas and Fort Worth. This kroger is the best kroger I've been to. Plus, they have many more products in stock and products that you won't find at any nearby Walmart, Albertsons, or target. Everything was stocked and not as crowded, which was a plus. Everything is reasonably priced as well. I want to say thank you to all of the workers who work here. I appreciate yall.

Yesterday was a very important day for me. I got MARRIED!! 💍 Although we eloped at the Justice of peace, I wanted to have a bouquet of flowers to feel like a bride. Not only did I find the perfect bouquet but the florist Kesley, arranged them and wrapped them beautifully for me. She truly made me feel so special. So special I cried and hugged her. She told me that all brides deserve to feel like a princess on their big day no matter how big or small the wedding. Thank you ❤

Stopped to pickup a few things that I didn't want to be delivered (fresh produce) and around 5pm everyone getting off work was doing the same thing. I watched an older women wait patiently for the traffic to subside to allow her to cross from the store front to parking spot in one of the Handicap spaces but no one was stopping. I also saw a Kroger associate completing a parking lot run to collect the carts waiting on the same. Then I saw the employee push his 20+ carts into the street stopping traffic in front of the store. With the carts in the middle of traffic, the employee walked around the carts and help the women to her car before resuming his work. It was nice to see someone putting people over everything else.

Love this store.Customer service is fast and easy. The 2 locations for self check out allows for a quick trip.The store is clean,produce is good,a little low on stock but fresh. The scooter carts are always charged up and ready to use.

Nice clean store and pretty well stocked for the holidays. Just didn't have what I was looking for but easy to navigate the isles and everything else was available.

This kroger has a bike rack. I can not drive, so having a bike rack is a major plus.i also have a gluten allergy and krogers organic store brand is really good about posting top five allergy warnings at the bottom of their ingredients list. These details are a big part of why I buy almost exclusively from kroger if I can.

Produce is fresh. Hard to find items from other retailers can generally be found. Staff is usually very helpful.

Isha who works in grocery pickup is awesome. It seems she was very busy this evening and she took the time to call me to tell me my order would be late however it would be filled. It was 100%. I have seen her in the store several times. She is so pleasant and an asset to your company. Please let her know she is appreciated.

This is the best Kroger around. Always have what I need and very clean.

I’m so thankful for the bakery here on January 6 I rode all over trying to find my baby her 1st birthday cake and everybody was full so I came here and the store manager I believe assist me into taking my order he actually stuck it on the wrong day when I went to pick it up that day of her party the lady at the bakery realized it was on the wrong day and she literally got me together in like 15-20 mins so my daughter birthday end up being a success thank you all so much for your great work

Very nice service, wonderful staff. Make sure you see Jamie in the bakery for cake decorations, she's the best.

I have had a great experience shopping in-store as well as pick up orders. Store very well organized and great sale prices.

I started shopping here cause I got tired of Walmart! Glad I did . High quality food! Always Clean! Always someone around to answer any questions. Hardly any wait time to check out. Always associates at the self check out to help with anything. You don't go looking for someone.. Makes my shopping much more pleasant!

Customer service is key and something you don't find very often anymore. Iesha went above and beyond at this location. I wish the North side locations had more wonderful people like her.

Melanie helped me with my first pick up order. I honestly never saw myself using this type of service, but a back injury has me limiting my steps. I thought this would be the perfect time to try it, and I was right. Melanie called me to let me know what time specifically my order would be ready, she was friendly and helpful with my additional paper coupons, and made it an overall great experience! Now if I could only get my teens to be so helpful...!

Very polite and friendly staff. Always going an extra mile to assist. And good deals too. I went to buy bread, but came out with cans on mixed nuts.

I Love This Kroger. The employees are always friendly and willing to help and very knowledgeable of the store layout. The cleanliness of the store is always on par and there is never a doubt that it will always be this way. Make sure you have your Kroger card so you can save the extra discounts on your groceries. As I just moved to Texas from Chicago... Kroger has now became my go to grocery store over Walmart or any other. Thanks Kroger!

Always friendly smiling faces to great you as you shop. Love there produce department great selection always fresh . Great prices and lines move very fast if there is one unlike wally world where there's only two checkers and lines are very long and slow.

Marcus was very kind and helpful. He called and let me know changes in my order before I got there, he was polite and very friendly. I ordered online and scheduled a pick up for my groceries. Thank you Marcus!
