Burger King

I just have to say I will never understand how there is a bad review of this location with a GM like Miss Doris. I had a complex problem with a doordash order (long story short the doordasher opened all of my food and broke all of the seals 😬) that doordash would not pay the store to replace AFTER telling me that they would, Miss Doris made sure my babies were going to get their Burger King nuggets they wanted!! She called her boss and explained the situation and called me back personally to tell her they would hold the order for my husband to pick up and to make sure it got to us fresh!! Miss Doris handled the situation so professionally and that’s what keeps me a returning customer to this location! Thank you so much Miss Doris.

The dining area is open from 5am to 11pm, but the drive-thru is open 24hrs. Staff is great and the food is fresh!

Thank you Tina for being such a good manager. We left a another restaurant very disappointed and came to your Burger King and was taken care of very well. Just wish the dining room could stay open longer on Sunday evenings.

This is really one of the nicest Burger King restaurants I’ve ever been to, considering most around where I live are awful. The staff were excelled at customer service, and the food tasted good. I was impressed with the quality experience in a newer type building. Each of my orders through the app were fulfilled correctly. One appeal to this location was the 24-hour drive thru. Wish more BK experiences were like this one.

By far the best place around to get a decent burger. Consistently good service, food is always freshly made. I usually do the double texas whopper but did the triple this time. Fries were hot and crispy, burger was made well but I think 3 patties may be too much. Girl that works the window is great.

My wife and I stopped midmorning to grab some breakfast. Even though they were extremely busy we got in and out very quickly. The employees were very happy and polite. Our food was hot and very good.

It took a few minutes longer than it should have but the gentleman brought the bag out to the car it had salt pepper everything I asked for and napkins in the back and the food was hot and good

What a great restaurant , I see people come in ,and out of here like they do to my ex baby momma .

Had lunch with my daughters today. Great grilled burgers, fresh hot fries, delicious onion rings with dipping sauce, chicken sandwich. Did I mention the the Fruit Loops Shake and multiple flavors of Coke prouducts! Great place to eat in Granite City. It's been here for years and doesn't disappoint. Great employees😎. We beat the lunch crowd.🙄

Best service I’ve had yet at any Burger King. Thank you to the gentleman that took my order from the front door because my tow truck wouldn’t fit in the drive through. 9/21 3:00pm

Great food that was fresh & well prepared. Clean dining room. Good atmosphere. Had a coupon that they honored and were glad to do so. Overall an excellent experience at a chain that I don’t usually frequent. Impressed. I would go again. 👍🏻

Girl at the cash window was friendly, and the girl giving me the food made sure I had the right order(I did) and was friendly as well. There was a rush and they were just champs through it all. It's why I like going to this BK.

They have the best app in life. So many discount. Also Dustin, steven, Toby are awesome keep up the good work. Speedy service and our order was beyond perfect. Keep up the good work

I almost didn't stop. The line for the drive thru was long, but it went very quickly, staff was friendly, food was hot and fresh, and my order was correct.

Since, as of late, finding a group of people who can adequately do the job of, fast food worker, has proved nearly impossible ... it is with glee that I announce; nothing suckes: food, service, speed, accuracy ... All where I expected them. Good job y'all. And thank you for not sucking. Sincerely!

I only eat fast food from BK. The flame broiled burgers are great and you can have them YOUR way! The impossible burger is very tasty too.

Idk who the guy is on midnight shift but that dude needs a raise customer service is perfect
