AVOID LINDA AT ALL COSTS!! After having to cancel another trip booked with Linda and Brookhaven we were forced to use her to use the flight credits. It was a horrible experience. And one we heard from other friends is common with her.

She was rude from the get go and since it was a rebooking she put us well behind her other clients which led to delayed bookings and missed opportunities to get the flights we wanted. I’ve never in my 30 years seen someone be so rude and difficult to work with. She made my girlfriend cry and seemed to take pleasure in it. Honestly shocking. She tried to make it seem that we were the difficult ones when we’ve never had an experience like this before and we heard from other friends how horrible she was to work with. And to top it off we ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars in extra fares for undesirable flights because of her delay to book what we wanted.
