Marty's & Son Sausage Haus

I've been going here a few years now for deer processing and they are top notch. The deer cooler for after hours drop off is great AND they do a great job of keeping it clean which is more than I can say for a couple other pieces I've tried. They did a great job, and their sausage services are well worth it too. I highly recommend them and I will keep coming back regularly.

I have taken two deer here now. The turn around in my early season deer was crazy fast. Within a couple of weeks I had all of my specialty meats back. They had my fresh cuts and ground burger back on an early November deer within a couple of days. Snack sticks and summer sausage is fantastic. I have found my new butcher shop. They do a fast job and are easy to work with.

By far the best place to go for your deer processing! They Best venison sticks and Very fast turn around. Sausage sticks done within 4 to 5 months. Version is all they do! And VERY nice staff. Family own and it shows.

I have gone to over to well over dozen places in the last 30 years. I saw the reviews and thought I would give it a try. By far the best sausage and sticks I have ever had!! Searching for that outstanding sausage/stick making place is over for me, they have my business from here on out. Took some to work and all the guys raved about it and said it was actually addicting. Keep up the unbelievable job you guys do at Marty and Sons!!! Truly the BEST!!!!

I have gone to Marty's & Son the past couple of years for my deer processing. They have always been very helpful, kind and have a very quick return time which is great. Everything is packaged very well and all of our cuts & sausage have been amazing. It's also really nice knowing your cuts are guaranteed to be yours. I would highly recommend them to anyone. All in all great place to bring your deer!

This was my first deer I had processed at Marty's I assure you it won't be my last. The turn around time was amazing. The quality of sausage and meat products second to none. Some of the best I have ever had! Keep up the awesome work!!

Second year dropping off deer for packaging and sausage (I drive all the way from Waukesha). Everyone is so friendly there. In fact this time I wasn't as prepared as I usually am with plastic bags and had my deer quartered and wrapped up in a new tarp in my trunk. They came to the side door with tubs for me to throw the quarters in. Then they invited me in the back to wash my hands. I had my 6 year old son with me and he came in too. A gentleman was cutting sausage sticks and offered 2 of them to my son and me. I can't recommend this place enough for their products and services. I wish this place years and years of good business and success.

Absolutely worth the drive! My husband had to convince me that a 1 hr 15min drive to deliver his deer would be totally worth it. Well, we got the meat back last week and it was delicious! We'll be back for sure!

Very good meat processing place. Always friendly been going there for years. Very clean neat and organized. Helpful when making choices and can explain everything in detail. Hope it stays for a very long time

First time i took my deer here. Wow. The best sticks i have ever had. Amazing and fair priced. I wont be going anywhere else. Not certain what sticks pick the sweet and hot cheddar. Perhaps the best i have ever tasted.

We love all of Marty's yummy sausages, hot sticks & cheese, etc.......they do a great job at processing our deer each year and the venison sausage is a big hit with our family and friends. Wonderful family and we enjoy doing business with them.

Incredible selection with outstanding flavor, they have found another customer for life!!! I would strongly urge hunters to bring their business here as well as those that prefer beef products. Simply the best around!!
