Michael helped out a lot. Made it super easy, and explained everything. He made sure we got the best deal, and didn't attempt to sell us more than we needed. Also, he was very friendly. Glad to be doing business with this place.

I recently had to relocate my dad's storage belongings due to him passing away. I met with Barb at Storage Master's South Shores location and she was so very considerate and helpful. I was so impressed with her courtesy and knowledge of options, I decided to move my own personal storage to Storage Master's after having a unit at a different location for 3 years! Barb was the best. I'm so glad, she made me feel totally comfortable....best decision.

Tracy was super helpful and so polite. Loved all her help with our storage needs and wasn't bothered by all my questions. Love the ease of property access after hours. Really clean too! Would definitely recommend to everyone!!

We rented a unit from south shores today. It was a very pleasant experience. Tracy was very informative and did a great job for us. Access to the unit is easy. After hours entry is easy too with the security gate entry. Price was right. Customer Service was super.

Tracy was very nice, and very sweet. She was really kind and helpful with everything she did! I rented online and when she went to look at the unit, she didn't like that it wasn't as clean as she'd like to show someone, so she was nice enough to switch it for me! I found that was a wonderful thing to do and was very considerate of her!

I have to say, my visit to Master Storage was awesome and the manager Tracy was so helpful and pleasant. Everything was explained in detail along with a tour of the property. The storage units are great so of course I had to get one. So happy I stopped by there. The security is another big plus. Thank You again to the manager👍😃

I’ve been a customer here since Labor Day of 2020. I’ve been beyond pleased with every aspect of the facility. The security is unmatched. And the manager Tracy is by far one of the best representatives of this company you could ask for. We’ve had a few security issues that she’s notified me of immediately. And has always met me with a smile. I would highly recommend South Shores for your storage needs.

Rented a 10 x 12 storage unit from Tracy on Friday. Not only was she very pleasant but she had lots of information for me. We recently rented a storage unit from the South Shores Storage Masters. Tracy was wonderful, showing us our unit, which was very clean, and was friendly and efficient with all the paperwork, which was completed easily and quickly. She even offered water and snacks. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a good storage unit.

The nice young woman Tracy always greets me with a smile when I walk in. Shes got a great personality and easy to have to have a conversation with. Her storage facility is always well kept on the inside where you pay, and on the outside around the premises too. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone that's looking around the local area for one. Thanks.

Tracy was super helpful getting me set up with my storage unit! The facility is safe, clean, and accessible. I really appreciate that they have a moving truck on site that is available to clients.
