Kroger

In my opinion, Kroger is the best place to shop for groceries. Lots of sales, coupons, & even a freebie now & then. You get points for shopping there, which turn into money off your gas expenses (up to a dollar off each gallon). They've been super helpful with prices in this recession/inflation. Most employees are excellent, and they will always make it right!

Bought 100 pieces of fried chicken from Kroger's. It's hard to get 100 pieces of anything done correctly but these guys did a great job. Chicken was some of the best chicken I ever had. Thank you.

Nice place for grocery shopping. The Krogers located in Decatur, IL South Shores plaza has recently improved their security system on each self checkout scanner. Each scanner is now equipped with an overhead surveillance camera watching to make sure all items get scanned properly. The attendant can then replay the video in front of you.

I like Krogers it's my main shopping place

Went in today and they had a cooler with cold bottles of water as you walked in. They were free! Heat index outside is like 105 right now. Thought this was nice of them to do. Always have liked this store. Great employee's working there.

Workers there are nice and polite

Wow such a lot of hate for such a great store! Brilliant staff, great prices and convenient. Some people are just sad inside and like to complain a lot. Ignore the bad reviews. This is a great store. Never had a bad experience.

It helps when you know everybody in the store but they do have really nice people there was one that I did not like it all she came up to Mom and I cuz we cannot wear a face masks I'm not able to because of my asthma and if I'm not close to my inhaler I'm in trouble but other than that it's pretty clean nice people and etc

The people are always so nice and helpful! This particular store is usually busy but things are always very clean and ordery.

I always have a good shopping experience at Kroger. If I can'r find something, there are employees who will help. They anticipate your needs. It is a much more pleasant than shopping at Walmart. Over all the prices are the same as Walmart. The quality of the products, that are made in house, are great. Kroger is my choice for shopping. You can't beat the gas saver points either!

This is my favorite Krogers store to shop at , it's clean , tha employees r great !!! 😄 warm and friendly too . Excellent meat department and produce department as well 👍love tha welcoming overall feel of tha environment n this paticular Krogers store, this is my home town store , I don't generally go to tha other krogers n town .

The girl working the front end by self check out was AMAZING, helpful and very friendly, She said her name was Jamie.

Krogers in South Shores is awesome the employees are kind helpful and considerate. I will most definitely shop there instead of the grocery stores I have frequently shopped

Shopping for Halloween candy on Halloween is expected to be slim picking but alas Kroger saved the day with the last two remaining mixed Mars candy bags!
