Che, did great work on my old bike. The other shops wouldn't even look at it with how old it is (40+ yrs).
Che was proficient and thorough. He took extra time to explain to me some additional things he found while working on the bike, and offered some great advice on how to better maintain the bike.
Biggest take aways for me were that Che knows motorcycles in and out, he really enjoys working on them and teaching others about them. He's the sort of mechanic you're glad to take your bike to because he likes your bike almost as much as you do.
Thanks for the quality work!

Che left my 1985 Honda scooter running like new! He is so professional and knowledgeable. He also took the time to tell me everything I needed to know to keep it in great condition. He is fair and honest. He was super quick and did a lot to my bike.. and beyond! I'd highly recommend him! Thanks so much Che!

2018 Update: Three motorcycles later Che is still rock solid. Fork seal change came in near the lower end of the quotes I had gotten from a few shops ranging from 250-370 for my 06 Suzuki 750 GSXR. The cheapest shop told me it would be two to three weeks. Che told me it would be 2-3 days. Dropped it off Tuesday afternoon and picked it up Thursday, can't say he'll always be that fast but I was amazed! Not only were my fork seals changed but he cleaned my whole bike! Now it rides like new and looks like new too, definitely recommend him for anything from a seasonal tune up or major overhaul. Like always I was amazed at how much he wanted to show and teach me to keep me safe and keep my bike in top condition myself.

2014: Che is awesome, very skilled mechanic and a great teacher. He realized I had spent hours working on my bike and asked if I wanted to learn or just have him fix it. I was kinda shocked but if course jumped at the opportunity to learn from his experience and knowledge. He even gave me his "business card" a sweet global rider decal! Biggest plus to me was how friendly he was and easy to talk to, now if only he did cars I'd have a mechanic for all my needs!

Che is genuine and knowledgeable! Long story short, I was out on my bike for a ride when it unexpectedly died. By chance, Global Rider Motorcycles happened to be the closest shop that pulled up on my GPS. I was able to get my bike running long enough to drive the 4 min. directly there. Having never met me before, Che both on the phone and in person was nothing but kind and patient with me as we sorted through the solution for my bike not working right. He was kind enough to offer help and get it up and running again in my state of emergency. He was so genuine he earned a new customer for life!

Happy to find someone who is willing and able to work on vintage motorcycles such as my 1976 Honda TL250 trials bike. I appreciate the care that the owner showed in regards to addressing the main issue (a blown fork seal) along with the related issue that may have been the actual cause (subtle yet deep scratch on the fork tube.) The work done by Global Rider showed considerable attention to detail and exceeded my expectation.

Che is amazing!! Not just a great mechanic but also a great person. We were desperate for help with our bike and he fixed it all up for us! He also gave us a lot of good information for the future. I couldn’t ask for any better experience, I would absolutely come back here, and definitely recommend him to everyone! Thanks for everything, Che!

This was my first experience with a motorcycle mechanic. I was very impressed with Che’s patience and professionalism. He took the time to explain what was needed for my bike and answered all my questions. I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome.

Pricing was fair. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Che communicated very well through the entire engagement. He even went the extra mile to ensure all moving parts (kickstand, highway pegs, etc, things I wouldn’t have thought of) were oiled and in good working condition.

I would definitely recommend him for any work you need done to your motorcycle.

Che is a very talented mechanic and was able to bring my 35 year old bike back to life after sitting in a barn for the last 20 years. Most shops simply replace parts and won’t bother working on the older bikes, Che on the other hand wad able to rebuild most of the OEM parts for my bike. This is especially valuable as most parts cannot be found anymore.

Che’s rates were fair and he communicated very well on what work he would need to do and what it would cost.

I would recommend him to anyone looking for any type of motorcycle work.

Today I was test riding a bike that I was considering buying, and wanted a mechanic to take a look at it for me. Global Rider was close by, and had good reviews, so I looked him up.

When I called, Che told me he works on appointments only, and was currently about three weeks out. So I explained I was looking for a pre-purchase inspection, and would he recommend anyone nearby that could fit me in today. He then told me to go ahead and come by and he'd take a look at it.

He spent a good 30 minutes with me looking the bike over and answering questions. He even took the bike around the block to check it out firsthand. I'm very, very impressed with Global Rider. Thanks again to Che, a top-notch mechanic who clearly knows his stuff and whose customer service skills go above and beyond the expected.

I recently rescued a 1982 Honda CB 900F that had been sitting neglected and unused in a garage for a number of years. It was very complete but it ran rough, had oil leaks, bad fork seals, rust in take etc. All the usual issues with a bike that doesn't get use or maintenance. I am not much of a mechanic and was speculating on how I could find a shop that would restore this girl to her former glory, so I could have her on the road this summer. I knew the dealers would probably be unfamiliar with and uninterested in working on a bike of this age. At the time I was unaware of Che and Global Rider. I began asking around and my brother told me about Global Rider. He was very happy with work Che had done on his 1983 Honda XL600R and highly recommended him.

I took the bike to Che and he gave an honest assessment of what would be needed, and the costs involved. I was very impressed with his dedication to quality (no cheap knock off parts used here). I had him go ahead and do the work. Che communicated with me constantly regarding progress and issues that arose. I really liked seeing pictures of the work in progress on the Global Rider facebook page.

When I picked up the bike it ran like a watch and I was more than happy with it. Che even took the time to explain some things regarding this motorcycle that I was unaware of.

I highly recommend having Global Rider perform work on any of your motorcycles.

Great Service and Communication. Che is the man. He kept me in the loop about what was going on with my bike and did a great job getting it back to its former glory. It runs great and got it back just in time for summer riding. Definitely recommend going to Che with all your motorbike needs. Thank you again!!

I was very impressed with Global Rider. I called and got an appointment with Che to do some work on my bike. I took it over to his place to work on and he didn't even take it off the trailer. In 15 minutes he had it fixed for me. He is definitely available to work on bikes sooner than most dealerships. He is knowledgeable about most motorcycle makes and models. I'll take my bike back when I need other stuff done.

Global Rider has now worked on three of my bikes and I couldn't be happier. Its so refreshing to be able to talk with him about what you are wanting and what you have visioned for the bike he is working on. He knows his stuff. I feel like not only is he a mechanic but he rides as well. He was able to tell me what to spend my money on and what to leave alone based on what I was trying to get out of the bike. some one mentioned pricing on their review. I'm sure you might be able to save a buck here or there going some where else but just remember "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" I will continue to bring my bikes to Global Rider.

Che was great! Not only did he fix my bike but he took the time to educate me on the best practices to keep it running well. Che did very high quality work and kept me updated on the progress. Highly recommend.

My husband needed his electrical fixed on his bike, we called a lot of places. Che was so professional and the only one that we could find that really knows bikes and knew my husbands buell blast. He came and picked it up to work on it. He knows exactly what he is doing, very smart about motorcycles. He was very accommodating and trustworthy! If you need any work done on any bike, go to him. After much research, he is absolutely number one! My husband was super impressed and very happy with what he did! There is a huge difference from someone who works at a dealer ship and is taught what to do, compared to someone , like Che, who specializes in this work and knows the ins and outs of what he doing. We will not go anywhere else!

Che is awesome. He's worked on my Triumph Bonneville, my son's Kawasaki and a friends scooter. Each time he did an excellent job. Plus he's friendly, personable, and takes the time to teach you about your bike. Highly recommended!

Che was great to work with. I let my 2004 Honda VTX 1300C sit for over 7 years and he got it running again no problem. He answered all of my questions and communicated clearly about what he was doing every step of the way. Very pleased with his work and service. Thank you Che!

I took in my 1973 Honda CL350 to get it running again after being stored for 4 years. The Honda dealership didn't want to touch it so they referred me to Che. He took the time to talk through all of the issues and make sure he got everything done it needed and was very thorough. Che also made recommendations of things I could do later on to get better performance out of the engine.

I would highly recommend for any work that you need done!

I have a 1979 XR 500 that has been sitting for 15 years. Bike was in great shape for its age but needed the motor to be freshened up and brought back to life. I took it to a large Honda Dealer and asked that they get it back in running order and overhaul the engine. After waiting for 4 months and listening to excuses and stories that the parts were unavailable or on back order I finally got the bike back. 80% of the stuff I wanted them to do wasn't done. The motor was out of time and with a compression release that was out of time the motor was near impossible to start. I heard about Global Rider from a local motorcycle shop and made the call. He walked around the bike and made a list of all the things I wanted done and said he would have it done in a couple weeks. In less than two weeks he sent me a video of my bike being started with one kick and it sounded strong. He had done everything I asked him to do and also some things I had not asked him to do. His work was clean and everything worked perfectly. The labor was much less than I thought it would be and he charged a more than fair price for the parts. My only regret is that I didn't find him first. He is a professional and takes pride in everything he does. I would be skeptical of any negative reviews on this site. He is way too good to be treating a customer bad or unfair. I give him a 7 star rating and would highly recommend him to work on your bike.

Che is amazing and fair. He suggested some great products, installed custom lights on my BMW and custom signals on my Honda as well as other services. Highly suggest getting to know the owner/mechanic/guy that will be working on your bike. He does ALL the work, not some kid just out of high school working for a shop.
