Relatively smooth and reasonable loading time. The lady in the office was super nice, and they do have a restroom for drivers. The security lady though needs to find a different job if her nails are in the way of doing her job.

I understand how important reviews are for our job. I was expecting worst. 6am appointment time, got here 5:30 and I got a door. Loaded in 1 hour. Don't be panic. Always expect good.

Got here at 0605 for a drop and hook. Everyone was courteous including the lady in the shipping and receiving office that other drivers are bashing. She has a job to do, same as you. In and out in 30 minutes.

If you arrive on time for your strick appointment, you'll be fine. No complaints regardless of what the many other reviews say. Appt was 20:30. Arrived at 20:00. In a door at 20:45. Loaded and have my paperwork at 22:15. Very good! Will pick up live load from here anytime!!!!

I was super scared to send my driver in after reading all these reviews but it turned out not bad at all. They do go by appts only. Driver arrived 11:30 pm for his 04:30 appt. Luckily they let him in and allowed to park overnight but advised they won’t take him early as they have appts every hour and he can come in 30 minutes prior appt time. Out at 6:30am

All the horror stories and I was worried about my live load. I contacted the shipping by phone the day before and asked if I could come in for an early pickup. My pick up was for 2pm live load the next day. They said I could come in at 8 am since the pickers were going to be there and we’re leaving at noon. I got here, checked in at 8am and I’m out of here at 9am thank you Kesha and here info. I had zero issues and as an OO I greatly appreciate the info from Kesha and getting me in and out quickly. Thanks guys for the wonderful experience. Maybe everyone else should call ahead and find out before they pick up a live load and you won’t be sitting here all day.

Come in an you can check in 30 minutes before your appointment. Mines was 4pm arrived early to give it a push checked 3 30 out by 5 15pm in & out...........

No rule that warehouse employees need to work fast or be nice to drivers. They just jealous we're union! Kellogg's is the best!

I don't get these bad reviews 😕

They work 24 hours,I had appointment at 1-00 Am,but system at security kiosk showed a had live load delivery.Go to the gate,when gate open proceed to the parking at your right hand ,go to security with your Driver license,then go to the shipping office door 1,they give you the door,Iwas empty in 1 hour,went to the shipping to sign my paperwork,
then park again at the parking spot and sleep 7 hours

Security and clerks were nice to me! I was late 1h for 9pm apt , unloaded in 1 h. Great job !

It's not as bad as all the other people think about the place. I was live loaded and out of the place less than 2 hours.

Fantastic is the word for these guys..I was bit disappointed after reading negative reviews about this place but I still took my chance to get here early 2 hours to my appointment and I was professionally checked in and given dock door..God bless them

When you enter the gate ..park the truck in parking lot on right and come to the entry gate window for sign in...good for trailer switch...

Good place to pick up only of you hook and drop we had a hook and drop so it was a fast one love the hook and drops

Friendly guard and receiving personal quick to a door and quick to unload only down side is no overnight parking

Truckers follow instructions. This is an easy in & out facility.
