Arrived an hour before my appointment, they assigned me a door, very friendly guard and check in office staff, very good job all around…

Have two separate properties. Even with having to run to another location (3/4 of a mile away) was only there about 45 min

Much faster then other location down the road

Professional,Clean, friendly appears to be a organized place. The man at Guard shack when arrival is very nice, with a sense of humor..Lol!

In and out in just over an hour

Checkin at the gate .. guard just moves slow and doesn’t give clear instructions.. then go to door 11 .. stand at the window while red head just looks at the computer screen for about 10 min . Then says nothing but put his hand out for the paperwork.. where has common sense gone. Then speaks fast and hands you the paper back .. don’t open doors they will open from inside .. then green light go back to door 11 and again he just stares at the computer screen .. it’s like HELLO .. I need BOL so I can leave .

Never heard so many G0d D@mn's , fu€king idiot's , son of a b!t€h's , and mother fu€ker's come out of a woman's mouth at recieving in less than 3 minutes while waiting for paperwork to be signed.... At a work place ....
Other than that , very clean and big facility

Dude with a beard and hand tattoos at the guard check is cool but everyone else is rude and have no idea what they’re doing. I check in at 5:15pm for a 6pm appointment and an older rude lady tells me I need to leave the premises and come back in 45 min (?!)
After I come back she gives me a wrong dock number TWICE and at this point it’s already 6:30 and I don’t even have a dock. Loading took more than two hours too

They didn’t have the product ready and blaming me for having wrong pick up number. Hold me there for 2 h for nothing. Rude guy at the window

If you come here as a truck driver to deliver anything specially on weekends please be prepared to stand at the window for 30 min to just check in.

Pick up 03/20/22 Going to Michigan Extra 18 skid reject back to minoka same company delivery waiting 3 days 03/23/22
