TurnKey Vacation Rentals - Maine

Wonderful girls trip in Maine. We traveled for my mothers 84th birthday to the nearby gardens and spent a long weekend exploring the area. The house was wonderfully appointed. Decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for a comfortable and clean stay. The house is very well kept, the furniture and beds comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless and had hotel like amenities. The lawns were lovely and the dock was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening wine. There is a downstairs bedroom for someone not wishing to do stairs, and the lawn is easy to navigate. The views are AMAZING as the house is nearly surrounded on 3 sides by water. You hear nothing but the water and local birds. I cannot say enough good things about our stay.

We rented a very cute log cabin in Franklin Maine. They sent me a link to their site prior to our trip. That link had everything we needed and was very user friendly. I have two dogs and the site said no pets. However I sent a message asking if they would be okay with it and they responded immediately. The only issue I had was with the trash which to me wasn’t a deal breaker. We ended up taking with us. Other than that everything was perfect. I
Will definitely use them again next year.

We stayed at a property in Southeast Harbor with 3 friends for an extended weekend of hiking biking and swimming. Check in was super easy. Communication was frequent. The house was nicely equipped and decorated in a very creative way which added to the fun of being there. Turnkey responded very promptly to any questions we had.

The house is very cute and has so many windows in all rooms including staircase. It is a beautiful view of water from the living room and from the bedroom upstairs. We found the house very clean and well equipped. Location is very convenient, yet private. A lot of choices for scenic walks: along the shore or on trails in the woods. It is about 12 min drive to the Boothbay Harbour where there are many restaurants and shops. Nearest place for a dinner is at the Ocean Point Inn Resort, within 10 min walk from the house.
The only issue is an access to the internet, but it is general problem at the East BoothBay.
So we took it easy and enjoy our vacation without internet

Perfect house for our group of seven. Gorgeous house with stunning harbor views, interesting history, and fine craftmanship. So enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting on the veranda. Impressed by the overall house layout - every bedroom had a bathroom, unique furniture pieces and decor. We didn't want to leave - great memories made at this house. And, the beds/linens were incredibly comfortable. Definitely recommend!

We stayed in a beautiful and clean home while visiting Boothbay Harbor. The location was convenient and offered lovely views. We were able to walk to area shops, restaurants and parks while being a short drive to other coastal spots. TurnKey made sure we had everything we needed and we felt that this property was safe for us to feel at home during these unsure times. We would absolutely recommend to others looking to enjoy quaint Boothbay Harbor!

I can't recommend Turnkey enough. We LOVED our rental, it actually exceeded our expectations from the beautiful photos. Everything was thought of and Turnkey was incredibly easy to work with. They were very responsive and answer questions immediately and so easily accessible by phone, email and text. I felt safer booking through them during the pandemic that their high standard cleaning protocols were in place vs booking thru Airbnb or other services and also had a working discount available. Would only book through Turnkey where available in the future and if I were renting out a property I would list through them as they handle all questions during rental allowing for more privacy on both sides while vacationing.

Turnkey was wonderful from the very beginning! The emails prior to our trip, the website, the pertinent information all in one place (door code, things to do, instructions for the house, etc.) The first day, I contacted them via text on how to operate the lock and they responded right away. Unfortunately, I had to bug them a few other times during our time there and were always immediately responsive and courteous to my questions concerning signing into the WiFi, getting the door locked and unlocked, later check out, etc... there was no lag time which I find remarkabl!

We were totally impressed with the management of our rental in Boothbay Harbour, Maine. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and it was stocked with all the basics. We wanted a tea kettle and it was delivered to us on the day we requested it. Turnkey staff could not have been more helpful. They advised us of good eateries in town, places to see, how to get where we were going and make the best of our stay. The very polite and helpful staff where a pleasure to deal with.

Turnkey vacation rentals did an excellent job in communicating with me during the booking process, the payment and finally with the use of the property in Boothbay Harbor Maine When we arrived the house was opened for us and a beautiful bouquet of flowers were sitting on the dining room table that was set up with place settings for 6 people. What a pleasant and unexpected surprise. The instructions which had been provided in advance on how to use the automatic door entry as well as what to expect from the house were so good that we never needed to call anyone from Turnkey for assistance during our stay.

Turnkey was very responsive to any issues we had during our stays (2, one week after another) and promptly addressed them with effective resolutions. We will look for Turnkey properties when we book our next vacation.

The review request was for us to review the service we got from Turnkey. Had they asked us to review the properties, there would have been plenty of good things to say about them too.

Communication from TurnKey prior to check in, during our stay, and after check out was ongoing, professional, and easy to understand. I especially appreciated the added information they sent regarding COVID-19 restrictions and measures taken by cleaning crew to better ensure the health of my family. We had a problem with our TV which was taken care of quickly due to timely response from local TurnKey representative-she really went above and beyond to resolve the problem, and response from TurnKey via text was immediate upon their learning of the problem. Payment for our stay as well as check in/check out process was super easy and convenient, even easier than checking in at a hotel. I highly recommend TurnKey Vacation Rentsls and will definitely use this service again on the future.

Turnkey was very communicative and provided us with everything we needed. We knew where to reach out in case of problems, not that anything came up. The place was clean and just as described. We had a great experience and would choose a vacation spot managed by them again.

The vacation home was just beautiful as mentioned in reviews ! Very relaxing and at the center of the harbor....just a short walk to town center and all the wonderful shopping and eats.,.may even go on one of those whale watching tours next time we visit!
The house and yard was just perfect for the four of us , plenty of room to find your spot and small enough to have social time with family.....kitchen and grill were great to prepare nightly dinners and hearty breakfasts in the morning

First time I have dealt with Turnkey Vacation Rentals via VRBO and I would say the overall experience was pleasant. We had all the information to access the property as well as everything about the property and the area we were at. Check-in and out was fairly a straightforward process just following the instructions provided.

the house was great. also representatives from Turnkey, for the most part, were very timely responding to concerns. One issue is that we were provided with a code to get through the gate. This code did not work. Called the representative, Mark Marquis, which went to voicemail. Never got a call back. Luckily the sales office for the property let us in. Liz was very good about getting back!!

We had a great vacation week at the home we rented through Turnkey Vacation Rentals. The place was exactly as advertised on the website! Although we did have a few issues with the keypad door-lock system, the agents at Turnkey were immediately available by phone to help us out with getting inside the property!

Loved this property. The management was very responsive to our needs- We were unprepared for the lack of AC in the middle of the summer heat wave, and they promptly supplied fans which totally did the trick! The property is beautiful, clean, well-stocked, and the kitchen is well appointed- you can make anything you want there.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Boothbay, TurnKey was communicative throughout the process and made check-in/out very easy. House was as described and well equipped.
