Premier Family Physicians @ Bee Cave

Dr. Lye is an OUTSTANDING pediatrician. I have taken my children to many over the years and she is by far the best I have seen. She’s patient, compassionate and very thorough. She also makes it a point to work with parents and patients as a team! It is very reassuring to work with a provider that gives you the opportunity to have a say in the plan of care. The other pediatricians are wonderful as well! We’ve seen them on occasion and loved them too! This is a top tier pediatric team- and I am very thankful for them!

I don't have any experience yet with any doctors or staff besides the pediatric team, but the pediatric team is AMAZING. We primarily see Dr. Thompson, and she is the loveliest. I have always felt like she really cares about my children and about me, too, even though I'm technically not her patient. When we first moved here, all my recommendations pointed me to Beansprouts, but they didn't take my insurance at the time. We have since changed insurance groups and I could go to Beansprouts now (I'm sure they are great), but I don't want to leave my pediatric doctors at Premier Family! I would recommend them to anyone. I've also never had any issues with reception/front desk. They are pleasant and easy to work with in terms of scheduling.

My son is 5, and we have seen Dr. Thompson since he was born. I adore her! She is so good with my son, and I feel so comfortable talking with her and asking her questions. We've also seen her nurse practitioner a few times, and she is also wonderful. Great place for pediatrics!

With our recent move to the Bee Cave area, my family and I chose Premier Family Physicians for our primary care. To date, I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment, getting my medications, or being seen within a reasonable amount of time.

Our doctor is friendly and understands the care we need, and she is always willing to listen. The staff has always been friendly, and if I forget a mask, they've always had one available for me.

I honestly feel as though my care and well-being are the priority here. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Natalie has always been so helpful. Anytime I ask her for her opinion on my skin or Ann Webb products she’s always very sweet and points me in the right direction. I have been very satisfied with the amazing work that she does for my skin. She’s awesome, and I referred my daughter to her and would also refer my friends to her as well 🫶🏻

Excellent experience! Our first time at their office. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go with my youngest to her appointment so her older sister took her. I was very surprised when both of my girls told me at separate times that they absolutely loved Dr. Thompson and her assistant! And my oldest said the staff was very friendly. They both went on and on, about their visit to the doctor! Lol. My oldest now would also like to have Dr. Thompson as her primary. Thank you for helping this mama not feel so guilty about not being there! And for taking care of my girls!

Dr. Thompson and Kristin are the BEST pediatric team! We have seen them since my 10 month old was born. They always respond same day in the app when i have any questions or concerns and they always listen and respond as a parent AND physicians. My daughter had a UTI at 8 months and they were able to complete a urine cath and diagnose in the office to get her better quickly! 100% would recommend them if you are searching for empathetic, knowledgeable and kind pediatricians!

I recommend Dr. Thompson. She is patience and thorough. I appreciate how she takes the time to connect with me as the parent to understand the underlying issue as well as connect with my daughter the patient to make sure she feels comfortable. Dr. Thompson is an amazing pediatrician and it is evident how much she cares. She doesn't make the visit feel rushed and she is always smiling. Additionally, Premier Family Physicians process is rapid- there aren't long wait times and the customer service is welcoming.

Just moved to Austin and had to find a new doctor (which I HATE doing). I have only been for one appointment but am already so happy with their performance. Everyone in this office is so pleasant and happy to help. From the front desk employees to the doctors, nurses, and literally anyone you pass in the hallway. The location is also very easy to get to quickly from work. My only dislike is the nasty display of what 5 lbs of fat looks like in the waiting area..LOL. But I guess it gets the point across!

I felt compelled to write this review after reading all of the negative ones. I have been treated with courtesy and respect at all times. Dr. Sandy is amazing. Not sure what issues others encountered but my experiences have all been positive. No I am not related to anyone at Premier!!!

Dr. Kopecky definitely seems to listen and care about my concerns, and everything runs pretty efficiently. I'm usually talking to the doctor within 15 minutes of my appointment time, and I got my full labs back with doctor's notes less than 24 hours after they were performed!

I’ve seen Dr MaryAnn Sandy we had a great Dr/ patient relationship great bed side manner especially for Women’s’ Care Visits , now it’s going to be very worrisome to locate another Compassionate female Dr as Dr Sandy to you a change in my insurance 2020 ,and location to my house .The Galleria was quite accommodating 1mile and hours early morning visits NICE ..

Dr. Tompson is such an amazing Pediatrician I feel so comfortable and so close with her she really takes her time and listens she never rushes me and always takes account what I have to say she takes her time with my daughter and she’s gotten to know her over the past year she took her in as a preemie and she’s treated her like family they really do treat you like family here and I will never change doctors she’s an amazing wonderful woman makes me feel so comfortable being a first-time mom.

Annual physical was quicker and easier than what I have experienced elsewhere in Austin. Do yourself a favor and use the smartphone app to enter all your details before you arrive - because there are a considerable number of questions.

I love Blair! She is so nice and such a good nurse practitioner!

This is an excellent practice. I recommend them unconditionally. They are very interested in establishing good relationships and are very attentive to details.

I love this place and the staff is great. Dr. Kopecky took the time to listen to me and is helping me through a difficult time. I higy recommend this place-

Great location and facility. The staff and Dr. Sandy were welcoming and professional.

My doctor, Dr. Pratt, is great and I love that they have a location in Bee Cave.
