Friendly but professional operation. Convenient location where Boston Post Road meets the Post Road/I-95 connector. Service advisor Rachel pleasant on the phone and in person. Prompt service with my oil change while I waited. Small but comfortable waiting area in the office next to the garage.

I cannot say enough good things about Bruneau’s Auto on Boston Post Road, Milford! The owner – Kevin Bruneau – runs a tight, efficient, well informed and friendly “shop”! I have been taking both our cars there for the past two years since we moved to Orange and service has been nothing less than stellar. It helps that the Office Manager, Rachel, is (in the Bruneau tradition) super-efficient, polite and friendly and can resolve just about any scheduling issue. I have an interlock machine on one of our cars and it is always quite complicated to get the permission to de-activate, some shops even don’t take cars equipped with these machines. Bruneau’s never had an issue! Once, when Autozone was unable to provide me with windshield wipers for my BMW (it was too complicated for them to install) I came over to Bruneau’s and Marc the mechanic ordered the correct ones there and then and put them on within 15 minutes! When I have questions about tire pressure, engine performance or….generally any question, I just drop by and ask Marc my favorite mechanic and there is always an answer with a smile. I highly recommend them! Just be aware that the Bruneau family is big and there are several locations in CT. I think this one is the best!!

10 out of 10 experience! I was towed there by AAA and they took me in right away. Very friendly, gave me a great price and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Exceptional customer service.

Friendly all the way from Rachel at reception to Mark in the garage (sorry if those names are spelled wrong!). It’s great to see folks appear happy at work, especially in a setting that could be the root of a lot of stress for clients. Nobody likes their car breaking down! Our car’s alternator died and Bruneau’s took us right in on a Friday. Unexpectedly, the job was done within 3 hours of the car being dropped off. We’ll definitely use them in the future.

Was recommended by my cousin. I was blown away by your kindness in picking me up because I didn't have a ride so bless you for that. I won't know if the problem's been fixed until we get a good downpour in the next few days to see if the roof leaks still so I can't really comment on that right now but very happy with your service. I had a water pump go while traveling home to Maine on a Sunday night. Got towed to Bruneau's an they got my truck in first thing Monday morning an I was back on the road by 11am. Their pricing was fair and they even picked me up from the hotel. Very pleased with my experience with Bruneau's Auto, I highly recommend!

Receptionist was pleasant, and informative about my vehicles diagnosed situation. The mechanics performed the work in the time frame previously discussed prior to the work performed. Bruneau's Auto has a professional, family owned friendly business type of environment. That's appreciated when you want to commit to a regular service provider .

Brought 3 of my personal cars there so far, and others that i work with bring their cars there as well. Always extremely helpful and they get the job done right. Wouldn't bring my vehicles to anyone else.

Their towing service is excellent and arrived in just a few minutes when my car broke down on route 15 at night. They started working on my car first thing in the morning and replaced alternator for a reasonable price. They kept me updated throughout the repair from explaining the problem, providing estimates, and promptly informing when repair was completed.
