Every time we shop here we have a positive experience. I especially enjoy how clean and organized this location is! They support local business, have wonderful staff and there is a little bit of everything for everyone! Most importantly, they provide many gluten free options for my daughter. This store is a huge improvement for milford, no matter how busy it is you get in and out so fast. The pre-made meals are made with fresh ingredients from lobster mac and cheese to the meatloaf dish. The sandwich shop part is my favorite always fresh. The soups are amazing.

Best shopping experience around. I come from Stratford to shop here, mostly because of the people. They seem happy to work here and they are always kind and helpful. Also the gas prices are the best.

This 5 star rating is for the young man who worked in the seafood department on the evening of 2/8/24. My boyfriend & I were thoroughly impressed on the amount of seafood the fried platter provides but mostly how great it tasted, especially coming from a grocery store (no disrespect).

Always friendly staff here. The store is clean and has what I need. They are a little more on the pricey side but with the way the store is maintained, it is worth the cost difference.

Very clean, spacious and amazing produce! It was a delight going from isle to isle. This was my first time in the store, I was on vacation and I would highly recommend this store! Bravo to the staff for having such a eye pleasing and very well stocked store!

You can find some amazing prices especially if you're a member. You can sign up in the store before you start shopping I did 😆

I love Big Y especially their fruit & their desserts. Big Y is always appealing I don't know what it is, there is just a warm welcoming atmosphere. I get what I need and then I find myself browsing. 👍

Big Y, that's what I say everytime I shop there, Big Why is it so expensive, Big Why is there nobody at the deli, Big Why did they hire that weird looking guy with the shaggy mustach to supervise the self checkout! Why? Why Big Y why??

Big y in Milford was opened in 2019 in Boston post road. It’s a big store as like it’s name. They have many sections like other stores and price is ok. We get the offer details in the local news paper regularly. The food section has very nice non-vegetarian dishes. We can pay our utility bills buy lottery tickets,etc…

Fantastic selection, great prices (especially when you're a member, which is free). GREAT deli sammiches!

I have been shopping at the Milford Big Y since they first opened. I was a Shop Rite customer. The difference in the employees is night and day. At Shop Rite, the employees were rude, cold, and uncaring. They were out of sale items more often than not.
Big Y has the best employees I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I am chronically ill. Amanda, who has been kind since day one, goes out of her way to grab a shopping cart for me as I bag my purchases. If I cannot find an item, there is always someone there to help me find it.
Their plants for the garden are beautiful and healthy. Their meat is of excellent quality. They have a terrific selection of produce. The deli offers delicious, fresh cold cuts. The Bakery has so many goodies to choose from!
We've shopped here every Saturday morning, when they open at 7:00. We've gotten through the toughest times during the beginning of the pandemic. We will continue to shop here. We get service with a smile, we are respected, and we leave there with a great start to the weekend!

Nice place to shop. Good selection, can be pricey though. But overall just a nice, well-lit, and clean store. Can't ask for much more than that.

Love the big Y !!! Quality of meats are great and sea food. Being Italian they're deli Carrie's Italian meat and cheese. Is sushi bar is good too. Used to go to Milford shoprite no more the big Y.

Love this Big Y! Produce, meat and seafood always fresh which isn't the case for other Big Y locations in the area. They have a great selection of products, "Sam" the butcher is always accommodating and somewhat pleasant to deal with. I'd absolutely recommend shopping here.

Please bring back Heavy Cream without the garbage in it (carageenan and other chemicals) you used to carry it (Farmers Cow) and another brand as well. (just milk and cream should be the only 2 ingredients) I still love Big Y and shop there always (I brag to my friends how nice it is, and the nifty small carts you provide! I really hate having to go back to stop-n-shop or whole foods just to buy the heavy cream only for my coffee.

My first visit and impression. A beautiful, clean, roomy and modern store. Scott, a manager, dropped what he was doing to confirm an item I wanted was out of stock and at my request took my name and number and ordered a case for me and promised to call me when it came in. I definitely will return to this store.
