Dr. Jeffrey A. Meade, MD

Our family has been with Dr. Jeff Meade for several years. He is very personable. Dr. Jeff always asks our two children about school, sports, and future plans. He is very easy to talk to and always addresses any concern with options. The office staff is friendly and professional. Our family highly recommends Dr. Jeff!

Worst experience with a pediatrician. Every time i tried to speak, I was interupted before i finished my concerns. Milestones met early werent actually met yet. Calls made at opening weren't returned until end of day.
A concern about a lip tie at our 3 day old appointment was brushed off and said would be addressed at 1 month. At the 1 month appointment, I was told I waited too long and should've brought it up earlier.
Concerns about my child's speech? Nothing done and he now has a horrible speech delay and been in therapy for a year.
Concerns about my child's head shape? Something done after weeks of pushing for it and was then told I had to talk to insurance and find a place because they don't do referrals.

Dr. Meade in pediatrics was everything I wouldn’t want in a pediatrician. He is judgemental, will not listen and called my son by the wrong name 3 times!! It didn’t even sound similar to my sons name.

He talked down to me when I said I used a homemade cocoa butter that a friend makes, with the response “well you can’t grow coconuts”
........ it’s cocoa leaves, I’d really hope a doctor would know the difference.

He made me feel like my son was a freak because he didn’t sleep through the night yet at 3 months!!

I stayed with him for awhile until it got to the point where instead of enjoying the appointments to see how my son was growing, I felt nervous and dreading it. Then I remembered, I can fire a pediatrician. They work for us, Doctors should not intimidate nor be little.

Much happier now, and so is my son!!

This doctor is unprofessional and provided false medical statements to the court in multiple instances. God will judge you.
