Walked in looking for a car. Got a great deal. Everyone was very friendly and my car salesman Robert was very helpful and took amazing care of me.

Called to thank them about the beautiful truck. I had it looked at and she is in great condition. I had a small issue with the ac and without hesitation they are ordering a new part to replace it. That’s what I call top tier customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Despite some minor issues during a late Saturday visit, the staff, particularly Mike, was very helpful. He organized a viewing of the cars on my list efficiently and maintained clear communication throughout the purchase process, making it smooth and stress-free. I was impressed with the condition of the car I purchased, which surpassed my expectations and eliminated any need to continue shopping.

However, it's important to note that the dealership tends to do the minimum necessary repairs to make cars functional. As a buyer, it's crucial to do your due diligence and seek out maintenance records, as information on reconditioning efforts for my car was not provided. Despite this, Mike's honesty about the condition of other cars, including those unfit for sale or with mechanical issues, reassured me of the dealership's integrity.

The dealership's staff consistently demonstrated honesty and a willingness to address issues, enhancing my confidence in my purchase. While the purchase included some non-essential fees that offer value, it's worth discussing these during the sale to ensure they align with your needs.

Haus of Imports has become a distinct exception. My experience with Haus of Imports was beyond anything I could have imagined. The professionalism and respect by which I was treated has to be considered an automotive sales benchmark. My salesman MIKE was courteous, personally attended to doing everything he could to earn my business and left me confident that the vehicle I was interested in was high quality and worth every penny of my investment. You can trust him with your purchasing concerns and know that he will honestly do whatever he can to make your car buying experience well worth your time and investment. Many dealers leave consumers feeling “screwed” without having been kissed in the process. This auto group in my humble opinion is the exception to the industry rule. Even the loan application process is done respectful of your privacy and sensitive to the fact that your ability to support a loan is equally as important as the dealer’s desire to make a profit. SAM the finance manager was not only helpful but gave unsolicited insight into how best to insure all concerns and questions of the lenders are addressed truthfully and completely. Great dealer, great salesman, great finance manager, great vehicles, oh yes and great receptionist! They have exceptional cars and whatever you do ask for MIKE!

Haus of Imports online car buying process is top notch. Bought a hard to come by car from them out of state. Never saw the car in person and made the purchase with only talks with the dealer and pics. Although I do have minor gripes with some things; slow dealer communication, poor shipping company and minor things with the car... I ended up with what I wanted out of the purchase and would have made it in person. I do recommend the dealer. If out of state make sure they have their shipping cleaned up.

Today, I bought an Audi A6 - Prestige from this dealership. Before this, I went to many different places and there was always a problem with each vehicle. But here, I found exactly the car I was looking for. When we buy a car, we examine it in great detail, check its mechanics, and inspect all parts. THIS CAR WAS FANTASTIC! We drove 4.5 hours to Haus and purchased a 2015 Acadia Denali from Haus. We had a few hiccups in the process, however they made it right and fixed the issues. Great team they have at Haus. This is a great alternative to mainstream used car dealerships. It’s a small family owned business, which made all the difference with our visit! Our experience with Alex was top notch. Robert is great offered us food and drinks overall a great place to come. A little on the slow side but it’s a small business so it’s not terrible and they did seem busy.

I had such a great buying experience with Haus of Imports and definitely recommend for your next car purchase! I was very skeptical about viewing a car online and traveling to another state to purchase and immediately putting the vehicle on the road for 300 miles to get back home. Roni and Alex were great to work with! They very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered every single question I had! The inventory they have on site is nothing short of spectacular, every vehicle was so clean, well kept, and looked brand new! I am very satisfied with my purchase and it was well worth the travel to another state!

From the moment i walked in, I was welcomed by the receptionist (warm smile great personality) I didn’t feel pressured I didn’t feel overwhelmed due to the many sales men with warm greetings and honesty (Robert’s details on my bmw and other vehicles made me feel completely comfortable) then the transaction took less than an hour!! I never bought a vehicle completely by video and email before! The folks at Haus of Imports worked with me long distance to deliver my beautiful Audi A-6. They answered all my questions almost before I could ask! The car was delivered via truck trailer, no additional miles to what was shown on the speedo. I drove the car for several weeks when one Saturday night it began running very rough. Even though it was fairly late in the evening I contacted my salesman who offered advice on what to do next. Thee problem turned out to be a defective spark plug. True to their word, a 90 guarantee. They paid for the repairs. I would recommend anyone looking for a beautiful car to contact these guys.
