I used Robert Bair Plumbing, Heating, & Air thee times now and had an excellent experience. The entire process felt very organized. They always messaged me before they showed up, which made scheduling easy and convenient.

Paying was straightforward and hassle-free. The service was professional and offered at a good price. The technicians were smart and did not try to rip me off.

We had a great experience with the team at Robert Bair when needing some quick plumbing help the other day. The CSR was very friendly and was able to connect with their Dispatcher quickly to get us on the schedule same day. The plumbers who were dispatched (Ben and Arron) arrived timely, were very respectful of our home, and were clear about the work that needed to be done and the pricing of the service upfront so there were no surprises.

First time using Robert Bair and I had an excellent experience. They were very professional over the phone and in-person. Mark and his associate did an excellent job fixing our plumbing issue and explaining to us how they fixed it. 5 Stars!

We had a great experience with Robert Bair - called on a Thursday, came out the next day and installed a new water line to our fridge and fixed our bathroom sink issues extremely efficiently. Our plumber was extremely professional and just incredibly nice and helped us test everything out to ensure everything worked properly. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing plumbing work.

1/9/24 Adding to my previous review. I had Steve and Pedro come out to fix an issue with my Navien tankless hot water heater. They diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and showed me how to do it myself next time it acts up. I cannot say enough about how happy I have been using them for the past year. 10/10 would recommend.

My sump pump had been acting up and Ben came out and had me perfect in what felt like five minutes. Can’t say enough about how professional and personable everyone was, from Kate as well as the others I spoke to on the phone (sorry, next time I will write down all names ), to Ben and the man that came with him (once again, have to write down names). Amazing service. 10/10!!!

We have used Robert Bair for years. They are always courteous, try to solve issues in the best way, and have been trustworthy. They have performed many services for us and we've always been satisfied with the results.

Adam was professional in demeanor and performance. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my relay and rectified it then tested to be sure it was resolved. I had Freedom Heating out here for the same problem and they not only misdiagnosed it but they promised to follow up but never got back to me. As a result of Adam's performance you are now my new hearing/cooling service and I'll be happy to recommend your company to others.

Excellent service. Had a new AC unit and condenser installed after the old one quit working when it was 93 degrees outside. I must have called 10 different companies to find someone to come out as quick as possible with them all telling me 1.5+ weeks out before finding Robert Bair on google. Robert Bair was there to give me an estimate the next day (Thursday) and installed early the next week (Tuesday), which was all done before all the other companies said they could even do an estimate! Employees were pleasant to be around, in good spirits, clean, and professional. Would highly recommend them to anybody

Highly recommend! We had Jack out to provide an estimate and he was punctual, polite, and experienced. We got a couple other quotes and didn’t feel the same level of quality/care, so we went with Bair. ALSO, their team provided an estimate on the spot where as the others took a week to get a quote. We will continue going back to Bair for all of our plumbing needs. Jack and Pedro did a nice job with the work, explained what needed to be done, and their estimate aligned with what they charged. I called Robert Bair Plumbing around 8:30pm on Thursday night, after my 19 year old hot water heater died. Jonathan arrived ~10am on Friday and was done in a little under 2 hours, with the removal of the old one and installation of the new one. Jonathan was professional and courteous. He explained what they were doing and answered a few questions. Great customer service, and the lady at the office kept me updated every step of the way.

A plumber was at my house the day I called Robert Bair to look at my hot water heater, which wasn’t working. Due to the age of the hot water heater I decided to replace it. They were able to bring out a new one and install it the same day. Jim was very knowledgeable and handled the replacement in a professional manner. Great customer service at a competitive price. I would recommend Robert Bair to anyone needing their services.
