Cannot recommend highly enough, really excellent customer service. Sunrise has great people and great customer service, they go out of their way to be helpful and to make sure prescriptions are ready ahead of time. They suggest different ways to save money.
If I don't pick up right away, they call back to remind me.
Switched from a "big box" pharmacy that I'd used for 40+ years, and will never go back.

I recommend to everyone I know.

Just wanted to share how this pharmacy went above and beyond for me. CVS and Walgreens in my area 5 different locations) couldn't fill my monthly script. This is the second month. I called Sunrise and no problem! They ordered my meds and had it for me the next day. They don't usually take my insurance but again made an exception.
They're 40 minutes away but def worth it!

I have been using Sunrise Pharmacy for my mother-in-law after having had a negative experience with West Haven Pharmacy. They have been extremely helpful and on top of things with her medications. They also do medication delivery service which is extremely helpful seeing as my mother-in-law is disabled and unable to drive. Sunrise is a great option if you live in the area, very friendly and patient-oriented.

My grandma goes to Sunrise Pharmacy and she loves it. She says she has saved hundreds of dollars on her prescriptions since she started going there. The pharmacist is so kind and really takes time to get to know his clients. If you live in the area, I highly recommend going to Sunrise over any of the big chains.

This is the best pharmacy that you will find. Extremely helpful. Excellent staff that are not only kind but willing to do whatever it takes for their customers. A pure pleasure to deal with.

This is the place for your prescription needs etc!. After dealing with the "big boys" in town and getting the run around for several years on various occasions, I'm done with them "in fact this past December the one big boy told us they were too busy to fill a particular prescription for my daughter!! I'm not kidding about that.... Sunrise took care of it within the hour... Go to Sunrise. Nice people, great old time service. You won't regret it.

Sunrise Pharmacy has been a blessing great customer service . Very Timely in regards to making my sure prescriptions are filled on time.

My Mother just called to report the Owner of the Pharmacy called to give her an Personal Apology for the Mishap she had to face he's out the Country taking Care of a Love one but took the time to Reach out to her

I needed to find a injectable vitamin A product. Aquasol A. No longer made by Pfizer or distributed by the larger distribution companies. Made by a small company who advised me to look for small independent pharmacies and distributors. Must have called 35 pharmacies in CT. No one had access to the injectable vitamin A until I called SUNRISE PHARMACY in Orange CT. The pharmacist Adir was an incredible help and over a 2 week period helped me get the prescription. Follow through was amazing. Proactive. Always communicated and kept me in the loop. An example of the best customer service I have experienced across the board, bar none. I strongly recommend checking this pharmacy out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I highly recommend Sunrise Pharmacy. We were able to walk in and get booster shots today. I have been sending residents to them because the service is so good.

My Mother is a customer for over a year and she's currently experiencing problems with her Diabetic Meds being Delivered which has been drafted from her account since last week Thursday 01/12/23 and they are giving her the Run around her Sugar levels has been Running High due to she Really is in need of her Insulin this is So! Unfair to her
The Pharmacy was Recommended by her Physician
What Advise can you give me to Compasate her for troubles she's
Having Headaches shes Frustrated and this can make her Confused if her Sugar continues to Elevate today almost makes a week 01/18/23 the drive is Currently Riding with her Medicine which was told it was going to be Delivered at 11am when he didn't arrive by 1130am she called and it was reported it will be another hour .she once called again approximately 130pm and it was reported he's running behind ,
