Always a pleasant experience; multiple employees offered my daughter promotion Pokemon cards- made her day.

Had problems with my iPhone 13 which I had bought at Best Buy. Danni and one other young man. Worked very hard to correct them and get me taken care of. Two very good employees kind and professional and I hope if I have to go again, I get one of them Elizabeth Schwartz.

Had to get a replacement phone because my Pixel 6 battery swelled up. Grabbed a One Plus Nord 30 and love it so far. Had a One Plus 6 in the past and should have stayed with One +. Easy in and out of the store.

Today I worked with Noah on an open box item. Noah went above and beyond to help take care of me. I was a bit stressed out because I thought I had misread an item's description. He quickly sorted out the issue and admitted fault on their system's end of things. His professionalism is unmatched. Thanks Noah, you're the man!

We went in as college students looking for a camera and Cedric Robinson was very knowledgeable about the Nikon and Canon cameras. He thoroughly discussed different options that take into account our budget and recommended buying open-box! His customer service was top-tier! He even gave us his business card to discuss future purchases regarding upgraded lenses. A+ service.

The gent in the tv section today at around 10:05am was super helpful. I wasn’t there to buy a tv but now I might be.

Russ at the front on the other hand has a bit of an attitude. It’s strange seeing a forty something adult act like a child.

Love the store pick up. So fast and easy. Had the item I bought ready in less than a hour.

Theyve always taken care of me might be a little taxing on ur pocket so if ur not into spending money stay away ... other than that worth every dollar especially with their total tech support its worth the extra couple hundred 💯 they fix replace ur items and u get alot of discounts jus ordered a 100 dollar gaming keyboard and paid 63$ after my discounts

The lady that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable about what we bought. A fridge. We looked at a gas range. Will probably buy it.

Update: 8/22/23 I had a problem with my FireTV and not only did Geek Squad come out to my house ridiculously quick (there the next morning when I called after 7pm to schedule the visit) but they identified my problem quickly.

I bought a product on my own to try to address the problem and when I went to go back to get it fixed I found out that I was past the exchange date. Thankfully, they assured me it was no problem and got me taken care of right away and made sure I took home the right product this time.

I would not hesitate to come back any time.

Someone here bashed Jeremiah and I cannot fathom the hatred towards that kind young gentlemen. Firstly, the information they gave was incorrect. Apple does not send out refurbished units unless stated otherwise, it’s freshly new units from their stocks. Jeremiah was an absolute angel, he helped us with a repair on our iPhone 13 Pro Max screen replacement and an iPhone 12 Pro unit replacement. Very attentive and informative, I recommend this service to anyone with a functioning brain. He was very cordial and intelligent awesome individual. Thanks as always geek squad!

Very helpful crew. We found exactly what was needed and the price was perfectly affordable.

I went in for some headphones and ended up chatting with an associate… Eli? He helped me to find a perfect headset in my price range. I’ve been using the headset for the past week now and they work better than I thought. Also ended up chatting about switch games and walked out with FFVII reunion. Oops? A genuinely enjoyable experience all together.

Best Buy has really turned it around over the last couple of years in avoiding the RadioShack fate. The customer service and technical knowledge of employees has really improved in my opinion, both online and in person. The fact that they price match Amazon and Costco makes it well worth it to go Best Buy, look at the tech showcase, talk to employees, and get the lowest price all in one trip.
