We first met with Kristy at her showroom to see all the choices and learn about the pros and cons of vinyl, laminate and wood flooring. She is super knowledgeable! Her husband Dan and his team of experts finished our floor in a day and a half! Their attention to detail was exceptional. I am beyond grateful for Kristy Cikowski at Get my floors and the impeccable service that she and her company provided. After a roof leak and water damage to the interior of my home I decided to upgrade my flooring in my family room, dining room and foyer to match the rest of the downstairs flooring. After my contractor told me it was unavailable locally here in California I was ecstatic to find the exact flooring online through Get my floors. Kristy made the purchasing and shipping process seamless and was extremely professional every step of the way. Learning that the company was a small family business was even more special to me. Not only was it cost efficient but as a single mother Kristy gave me the comfort I needed to make sure I was ordering the right materials including necessary transitions each and every time I reach out. When I first drove to their show room I didn’t know it was appointment based open, but Kristy was there within minutes. She was generous enough to let me take home a few samples to see what it would look like in multiple light settings throughout the day. Once I made a decision I later changed my mind to a lighter color, and again Kristy came through with impeccable customer service.
They have more options than most big box stores and their quality is significantly better -and their prices are better. If you’re reading this review, I promise this is the place to work with.

Kristy was very nice to work with. Very personable and friendly. I was looking for flooring to match flooring. We had bought three years ago from another vendor, and she was able to find the exact flooring to match. If you need flooring, I would definitely give Christy a call. First prices are good services is great.

Not only are the floors AMAZING but also Dan and Kristy! They were such a pleasure to work with! We put our new floors to the ultimate test by hosting a house warming party with about 40 plus people. The next morning I was a bit in shock to see all the mud, hay, etc. that was tracked inside from all our guest. With a little spin mop the floors cleaned up just like new! We are so happy with our new floors. I highly recommend purchasing from get my floors😊

Kristy and Dan are amazing. My brother was in town I had had a flood in my kitchen and had to dovetail new luxury vinyl plank flooring with existing. Only we didn't know what the name of it was. It was installed 4 years earlier with no name from the builder. Dan answered my call at 7pm and said send him a picture. He thought he identified it but to be sure he set me up with a visit to his wife Kristy after hours the next evening and they had the exact flooring sample and were able to purchase it direct from the manufacturer for us to pick up the next day. Kristy helped with square footage and ordering the right amount of product so we neither overbought or underbought. It was a scary preposition, as we had never tackled doing this before but we got it done over the weekend and I have a beautiful repaired floor after months of trying to figure out what the product was.

They were so accommodating and so accessible for questions and direction. I was nervous we couldn't get this done on our own but we did with their help. I highly recommend and will use them anytime I need future flooring. They have excellent quality products and displays in their showroom! Great couple, great customer service. Can't say enough good stuff about them. Every time I look at my newly repaired floor I think of them and am extremely grateful!!

I had an amazing experience with this place, and I wish I could give it more than five stars! I had my floors done a while ago from Empire and unfortunately, my floors were not installed properly and several pieces got messed up in the installation process. I have lived with it for a really long time because I haven’t found any floors that match or are close to what I got from them and I didn’t really want to keep doing the back-and-forth. I stumbled upon Get My Floors by chance when I was looking up the exact floor that I had and it turns out they carry the same flooring that Empire has, which is very helpful and good to know for the future! Kristy was the one who helped me and she was super kind and patient and willing to help with all of my questions. I showed her what floor I had and told her all of the information and she was able to confirm that the floor that I was inquiring about was the same floor that I currently have and that she has the pieces in stock in their warehouse. She was able to save me some money on the delivery for the piece and even went a step beyond and helped me when the piece didn’t fully match what I needed. She was able to track down the correct piece and send it to me and the result is beautiful. Finally after all of this time with having a botched stair nose, I was able to get it replaced and fixed so it’s not a complete eye sore in my home anymore! It is extremely good to know whether you are buying one piece or 100 pieces they give you the same customer service and really go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. It definitely shows that they care and value every single customer that comes their way. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will also be coming back for future purchases for sure! Attached is the photo of the stair nose that is a perfect match thanks to Kristy! This is an incredible small business! I ordered SPC NOCI, which is a stone look Luxury Vinyl by L.W. Mountain, for a small condo laundry room. The product is gorgeous, looks like stone and incredibly practical, not to mention warmer than stone. The customer service from GetMyFloors was an outstanding surprise. Kristy is fabulous. She noticed my shipping address was fairly local and offered to let me pick up the order to save on costs. I didn't end up going with that option because of the off-site nature of the project location, but I really appreciated the attention to detail. I had no issues with the product, order or install, but if I didn't, I wouldn't have hesitated to contact them and expect great service! I will continue to recommend this company to others!

Get my floors SAVED THE DAY for me! A contractor messed up a stair piece of my floors and no companies near me would sell me the piece by itself. I had to either buy 200 square feet minimum to get the accessory piece or pay $399 shipping for a piece that should cost $20 because of "company policy". Kristy literally helped a total stranger in need and the accessory piece was at my door in just a few days! Customer service like this deserves all the kudos and will definitely get my return business when it's time to do my basement floors. That $80 piece just got them thousands very soon. A++++, 10/10....5 stars. All of it!!

Superior product and superior service!! My wife and I had a great experience working with Dan and Kristy. We originally considered the big box store options, but never imagined that a family owned operation would have a higher quality product (Hudson Laminate). Their communication was great and we never felt rushed through the process. I even called Dan for advice and not only did he provide input, but he came to our home to see first hand.
