Great appreciation for speedy communication and care. Fell on my wrist while out of the country. Reached out to Dr. Wainer through the patient portal for advice. The email was promptly replied (<24-hr turnaround) with an order for X-ray. Once again, swift messaging from the doctor via patient portal. Turned out the wrist sustained a translucent fracture (learned something new). Clinic personnel were friendly and quickly provided an appointment to follow up with physician. Great peace of mind for caring care — thank you Primary Care Associates!!

I’ve been with primary care since 1996, about 28, years. I’ve had great care from Dr Brad Wainer and all the Doctors, Nurses and staff.
It’s easy to get appointments or get in touch with someone when you have a problem.

I highly recommend Primary Care Associates. I am very happy with the care I receive at the practice. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, ensuring I'm treated with respect, and made comfortable during visits.

Very efficient office and very rarely rarely if ever more than a five minute wait to see appointment with a doctor. Doctors are pleasant and very patient and thorough. I have recommended them to many of my friends. Dr. Weiner has been my primary physician for over 20 years. They also have a separate area for blood draws that is also very efficient. I believe they take all insurance policies available today . I have them as my HMO provider and any specialist referred to see has been excellent. They have a medical staff that is qualified to treat infants all the way to seniors. New parking area directly across the street from the office. Makes it easy to reach anytime of the day. Within two blocks of MacNeal Hospital if needed.

I have been going to Primary Care Associates since 2008. I have seen several of the doctors over the years, but primarily see Dr. Hsieh. I have a great rapport with him. He's very thorough and has the ability to explain things clearly and understandably without condescension. He will request bloodwork to assist his diagnosis along with his own knowledge and ability. He is not hesitant to refer me to a specialist if necessary. I have the utmost confidence in Dr Hsieh.

Best Doctor ever, Dr. Gershberg. Had some questions about how I was feeling , gave me some assurance and ran some blood tests.
All is good.

Dr. Brad is a true gem 💎 and one of the last generation of good doctors. I’ve known him since the 90’s and he’s treated my closest family members and friends with same level of compassionate care throughout the years. He ACTUALLY listens to his patients, a RARE quality in most doctors today. I don’t particularly like going to doctors in general due to cattle treatment they often display (get ‘em in, get ‘em out) without actually addressing any of your concerns, especially to new patients. But I will always keep going to Dr. Brad until he retires (which hopefully won’t be for MANY years to come 😆) All caregivers at Primary Care Associates are wonderful, starting from the front desk to the back of the house! We are very grateful to have such outstanding healthcare in our community 😊

This dr. Office is the best! I have been a patient for 31 years. They have been a great source of comfort when I had babies, illness and surgeries!

From the first call I made to schedule an appointment, I was treated with friendliness over the phone. I was in need of a new PCP after my foot surgery. I was assigned to Dr. Destani. I couldn’t have been more surprised at how at ease he made me feel. Amazing communication and I felt he cared about me and his passion for his profession!!!! Everyone that I talked to that day was super duper friendly. I loved the atmosphere, not to mention the loft motif!!!! I, 100% recommend Primary Care Associates of Berwyn!!!

I have frequently visited this place. The very best is Dr. Hsieh! He is really attentive, cordial, and informed. When I need to come in for a fast issue, I've also seen some of the other doctors here. They are also fantastic! If necessary, I can typically schedule an appointment on the same day. The new online scheduling is the greatest since it makes it easy for me to arrange the best day and time by actually looking at my calendar. I also value how promptly prescription refills and referrals are handled. I appreciate that the patient portal allows me to quickly contact my doctor in case I have any questions. I'm grateful. Everyone, keep up the wonderful work!

Dr. Weiss and their staff always provide my son with outstanding care. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and make him feel comfortable throughout his visits. The office is clean and modern, and the staff is always friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Weiss and their team for anyone seeking excellent healthcare.

I highly recommend! Dr Brad Wainer and his assistant got me in and out in a timely manner…so appreciated when life is always so crazy busy! But while they did move things along, Dr Brad Wainer did spend the needed time to hear my issues and address them. He is a great balance of professional and caring!!!
