Blaze Pizza

Must try BBQ chicken. A nice fast food choice.

Had a great experience from the 2 times I went. Was my first time trying blaze and employees were more than willing to help me through options.

Also based off the other reviews they should take into account this store employees student workers who also work a full time job of taking classes.

Absolutely amazing, from the custom pizza to the kind workers.

When blaze first opened it was okay and then it kind of went downhill and took forever to get a pizza and it didn't taste right but lately it's been rocking and The taste is great and I accidentally found that out cuz I quit going to blaze but now I go like at least three times a week cuz it's so awesome .s..straighten that place up👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The workers here are very rude and unprofessional. Upon walking up, they were all standing around talking and laughing with each other while it looked like only two of them were actually doing work. And some of them even had headphones in. I came here to use a coupon for 'buy one pizza get one free'. I got two simple pies. When it came time to pay, the worker couldn't figure out how to apply the coupon so she called over who I assume was the manager or supervisor. The manager, with an attitude, came over and said that we had to buy a drink in order to use the coupon. I read that coupon and the fine print twice before using it and nowhere on the coupon did it say that you must buy a drink so I politely asked the worker to point out where it said that and she couldn't even show me nor could the manager. The manager then took the coupon out of my hands and threw it away saying "I don't have time for this" and gave us the deal without buying a drink. At that point we decided that we didn't even want to do business here so we asked for the coupon back. She said "no, it's in the trash. I don't dig in the trash" and refused to give us the coupon back after we asked her to several times. After going back and forth about it she finally reached into a jar and gave us an old used coupon for a free pizza. I said I didn't want that because I was afraid it wouldn't work because it had already been used. So she gave us a different copy of the same coupon that we came in with. Once she gave us that, we asked her who the owner was she said "I'm the owner" and we said "No you're not" then she said she was the manager. Then we asked for her name she said "I don't have a name". We then asked about contact information for a district manager or anyone above her and she said "I don't give out people's information" and refused to give us a phone number or email or anything. Meanwhile, all the other workers were in the background laughing AND a line was forming. In the end, we ended up not even wanting the pizzas anymore so good thing we hadn't paid yet because I'm not sure if the "manager" would've even given us our money back. And apparently this isn't the first time that people have had a hard time with this "manager" so I don't understand why shes still working there. I've provided a picture of the coupon and it does not say that you have to purchase a drink.

Horrible service, rude and lazy employees that close way earlier than the closing time. Save yourself the frustration and just go somewhere else

Employees were extremely rude, had zero patience and were constantly swearing. Very unprofessional and very disappointing. To top it off, the two pizzas I bought were both burnt.

I got to go to this place twice in 2 days. Unfortunately I wasn't serve food. The first reason was the machine is down. Ok. It happens. The second time, I met rude workers. I asked about the closing time (which is 9pm and I asked the day before that it was so) the workers were just around trying to find a reason to get me out of the place and it was 8.15pm. They told me again, after trying to find a good solution and asking to each other, the machine is down. I just the guy behind the register swapping a card (but hey, what do I know, right?!). Sad that I heard good things about this place and I'd decided to make two trips to give it a shot. I think they'll be ok without me trying their food anyway. But the workers their do not match all the good things I heard about the place. May be I should have read reviews before going to it.

The pizza was pricey, and it made me very ill after I finished it.

Do they actually run a business here? Doesn't seem like it. HQ should take away the franchise from this management.
