Big Catz BBQ

This was last stop on our way back from Gatlinburg TN trio. It was best food WHOLE vacation! First off, server was the best!!!! We thought he was the owner! Lol! Our food was absolutely delicious!!! I can't say enough good things. I had ribs, beans, n yum yum potatoes. Yes they are yummy! Husband had pork loin sandwich. Delicious. Sister had chicken. Dessert to go were HUGE chocolate chip cookie with chocolate filling n chocolate to drizzle over at home. We had to leave the ice cream off since still traveling and added at home! Top notch service n food!!! Run....don't walk there! Our server said he always leaves the light on for ya!

Love this place! We had fantastic service. The inside was nice and cool on a hot day. They have the best ribs around - the meat was melt in your mouth tender. The sides are all excellent- loved the baked beans. Can’t wait to come back again! They have a large patio outside for dining. The menu has tons of options as well as kids items.

We stopped by the restaurant for lunch while on a road trip from Baltimore to the Twin Cities. A large party arrived just a few minutes after we sat down. We were concerned that we would have a long wait; however, our waiter handled the situation well. She kept a friendly smile on her face and got all orders taken care of and served quickly. We enjoyed our food and were back on the road without delay.

We had our water glasses constantly be maintained! Service was fantastic ! I am sorry I didn’t get her name. The three meat dinner had a generous helping of pulled pork, 2 slices of brisket and 4 ribs. The accompanying corn bread was delicious. Took half of it home. The sweet potato fries were nice and crunchy. The cottage cheese was good and firm. A Philly cheese steak sandwich was enjoyed by a past resident of Philadelphia, who knows his cheese steak.

really nice place large with lots of seating and a long wood bar. block of cool stuff on the walls. and large TVs. the brisket very good and I wanted to try all the sides but the cheesy potatoes were yummy. bartender Ashley was very personable. Decent beer selection but some local craft would be a welcome addition!

First of all, the restaurant staff (wait and kitchen) were slammed, probably the result of the crowd from an annual fall festival in the area. This, however, did not affect the excellent service and the excellent food we were served. It was a great experience and our first time there. Definitely will be going back when in the area.

Fantastic BBQ joint. Ordered half rack of their ribs...they fell right off the bone and had the perfect amount of smoked flavor. 3 different spice levels on the house sauces. Full bar with dozen or so beer on tap. Sports and rock decor and memorabilia abound...Chicago and Notre Dame. Live music on designated nights with some big local acts as well as a few still-touring 80's Hair Band acts. If you see proprietor Tommy hanging out buy him a beer...interesting guy. Rilee and Ashley H. behind the bar are great. An overall fun place to hang out with plenty of locals. So good I had to go back the very next night.

Great local sports bar. Sandwiches, burgers, fried chicken, plus ribs and other BBQ options. Good food and fun atmosphere.

Food is great, service could use some improvements. It feels more like a sports bar than a restaurant. Thursdays BURNT ENDS are amazing, the cheese curds and soft pretzels are delicious!

Very good, great staff. I had ribs, cheesy potatoes and onion shreads, all very good. This place trys to be a bbq smokehouse and a sports bar at the same time. Might be great for some but must admit I'm not a fan of the mix. A bit on the pricey side.

Great food with fantastic customer service! The exterior is charming with plenty of parking. Inside was also clean, fun, and spacious. I ordered the fried chicken (ok but not the specialty)...my side was yummy mac and cheese.... my friends had the brisket and wow one of the best I've ever had! Next time we are up in Illinois we will definitely stop in for BBQ!

Delicious BBQ (the green beans were canned but still decent), friendly service, clean space. Worth a side step from the major highway.

My friends and I stopped here for lunch twice while traveling to and from Sturgis. The food and service was outstanding. We also all enjoyed the cool memorabilia. Wish I lived closer!

Stopped for the car show. Lots of really nice cars.

Super friendly bartender, food was...what word is better than fantastic?? Cant wait to go back, its worth the hour drive!
