We shopped around for flooring and were not thinking of going with Y's Way. But we were shown a product, told about the good sale and given plenty of samples to try out at home and we were sold. The measuring was done in a timely manner and everything was accounted for and our questions answered. Follow-up was given as the time for installation neared. The installer, Eric, was personable and professional. His installation top notch. We love our new flooring.

My wife and I are first time homeowners and had no idea where to start other than we wanted carpet and some sort of hard flooring for our entrance way. Our sales rep Jeremy was extremely helpful in picking out product we loved and within our budget. I believe our first showing only took about 10 minutes because all of the samples brought out matched exactly what we were looking for. The installers were very kind and knowledgeable. After all said and done we have beautiful floors, under budget, and are very happy customers.

We ordered high quality kitchen vinyl and great carpet throughout the house. Install begins in 17 days!! So far so good fair prices and they have been very nice to work with so far. I will let you know when they are finished. All done!! Our new high quality vinyl in the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and our new carpet through out is perfect, We love it!! Great job!!!!

We had new carpeting installed by Bill and Stuart. They were fast, friendly, efficient and professional. We love our new carpet! And our sales rep, Ashleigh, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and the guy who came to measure, Jeremy, was super fast and friendly as well. My husband and I recently contracted with Y's Way in Watertown to have oak flooring and wood underlay installed as well as the old carpet etc removed. We dealt with Daniel as our Sales Representative and Harry was our installer. Everything went very well; Harry was right on time and got the work done in a timely manner. Harry was a very personable, kind, and diligent worker, extremely professional, taking care to move furniture and showing complete respect to our home and furnishing so no damage occurred. We were very impressed with Harry's expertise...and the finished product, with the trim we requested between the rooms, the edging and fireplace trim looks amazing. We are extremely happy with the job that was done, recommend Y's Way and especially recommend Harry.

They were very prompt and very professional, Anthony and Angel answered all of our questions about the after care of our carpets.

Y's Way Flooring did a great job of working with me on choosing flooring and on the installation. At first I had my doubts because my questions were not being answered as I expected. As we got farther along in the process, I understood they were just not going to push me into a decision that I wouldn't be happy with. The quality of the flooring is great and the installers (Gabe and Joel) were first rate. Many thanks Y's Way! I wouldn't go anywhere else. PS: The price was fair and the final bill came in under the estimate.

We recently relocated to the area and needed new flooring for our home. Ys Way worked hard to make sure they were able to complete our new floors before the movers arrived. I have always favored carpet floors but took lots of advise and made the change to hardwood flooring, I was given Good advise and Mike and several other employees were very helpful in choosing type and colors, they put up with a lot of back and forth & they were patient with it all. The installation looks great and we are very satisfied

We had a week to pick out flooring and paint before moving into our new home. We were able to pick out carpeting from YsWay selection of stock, and the carpet was laid before the movers arrived. The vinyl was laid soon after. Fast efficient service by installers who were polite, careful and trustworthy. We would recommend YsWay for their service and selection of products. We had our vents cleaned by Angel and Anthony. Excellent job and reasonable price, so happy. Highly Recommended. We also had carpets cleaned by Angel and Anthony. Very happy with the work and a very reasonable price. Angel and Anthony are very respectful and careful in their work. Love these guys!

I had family room carpeted by Y's way a couple weeks ago. Workers did a great job of installation and cleaned up everything when done. Price was reasonable. Can't comment on the installers as I was not home. Thank you

Thank you Ashley for the supplies and working with me on cost for designing my daughters play house. The girls love everything !!!! Great customer service and for any people looking for flooring this is the best company they don't care about how small a job is they find away to help most places turn you away if they can't make a huge profit.

Much larger selection than big box stores...and they had specialty supplies I couldn't find anywhere else. Helpful and friendly staff.
