Great key maker. I came here to copy some keys and they are very kind and did a great job. The keys were made very quickly and work seamlessly, and they gave me a ring and key caps too. Thank you very much. If you need to copy keys go here, they do a way better job than Home Depot.

I came in here to get some keys copied as for some reason, both Home Depot and ACE Hardware were unable to copy my keys. The store owners were nothing but kind to me and really took care of me. They were lovely to chat with even outside of condoning business and I can't wait to come back to this hidden gem in order to get my home-working goods from.

This place is fantastic! The man who runs the place has been doing this for 50 years, and he knows what he's doing. I love supporting small businesses le this one because the people are so friendly and they always help you out. If I have any hardware needs, I will definitely be going back! Also, I had a couple of keys copied, and he had them done before I even knew he started. I had a great experience and i highly recommend this store for any and all your hardware needs!

An old-school hardware store with a friendly, helpful owner. I have been doing business here for more than 15 years, and Paul always takes care of his customers. Highly recommended - if they don't have it, they do special orders.

I am sad I only found out about this place as I was moving away for the area. The prices are very reasonable and owners were so friendly and helpful. This should be everyone in the areas go to spot.

One of last family owned hardware stores that offers magnificent customer service and high quality products and key duplication services. No place manufacturers duplicate keys with the amount of quality and craftsmanship that Charge Hardware does. They have a nice selection of tools and repair materials that will last a long period of time but perform at peak efficiency. The staff will always go out of their way to assist any customer and answer questions honestly. A rare treasure that I hope and pray continues to remain in business for several generations to come. Yes, Joe W, because this is a smaller store you will not find the selection that the big (orange, red, and blue) chain stores have. However, I personally have found everything that I have gone in there for (power outlets, naptha, sand paper, etc). They have good selection of hand tools and even have some electrical conduit and copper pipe!

I have been working in air-con and refrigeration 25 years, have visited many hardware stores, and rarely feel compelled to leave reviews.

Place is really friendly. The man who owns the shop is really friendly. If in case your key doesn't work, you can come back and he'll do it for free.

This old time hardware store is a gem. It's owner operated. Don't want to have to buy 500 screws at the Home Despot when you only need a few? Go see Paul Chiarugi. You will walk out with a bill under a buck. He cuts keys that always work, He cuts glass and screen, sells paint and brushes. He even sells wine making equipment and makes his own vino. He knows his stuff and is always happy to answer questions about your projects. They also sell Italian pride gear and Taylor Street T-shirts.

Adorable little local hardware store with basic household cleaning supplies and key-making capabilities too. At last check they don't take credit or debit cards so bring cash or a check.

Paul was extremely helpful. Went for lightbulbs and small nails, had exactly what I needed. He also gave advice on installing the lightbulbs. Cash only!

Paul is one of the coolest people on Taylor Street. He treats customers like family and makes sure everyone leaves his shop completely satisfied.

I was in need of just a nut and bolt and the owner was kind enough to give me the 50¢ in parts for free. I didn't have the cash on me. I will be back here. Not a huge selection, but certainly enough to get quick fixes done around your apartment. Places like this don't exist much anymore. A+

The owner found me a hammer from his personal toolbox that I didn't even know the name of, but it was perfect. The nicest local hardware store I've ever been in.
