Nice people and fast unloading appointment 8PM check in 7:30 get a dock on 8 unloaded 10:30

Absolutely thee best easy going facility, everyone start to finish was extremely polite. 11 pm appointment, out by 12:30am

checked in at 6am for 7am appt. Dropped trailer at 6.45. Unload time 1 hour 30 min. Out by 8.30.

Amazon is a great place to work. Employment is very flexible, as employees are trained in different areas to garner skills and adapt to work areas where they are most comfortable. The pay scale is fair, nevertheless, can be improved in consideration of the cost to commute. We have a great management team that transfers knowledge, skills, and is safety conscious for an operation that is both efficient and proficient.

I just delivered to this facility I was scared due to horrible reviews. I didn't want to waist my whole Sunday here. Especially since football started today. My appointment time was at 10:00 a.m. I arrived about 9:40 lady checked me and told me to pull around to the side and she called my phone she called at 9:59 a.m. I went to door 123 checked in around door 121 and by 11:23 they called me said my trailer was ready and I can come pick it up I was shocked. I did ask the security guard where they busy she said no we are slow right now I didn't see any trucks everywhere so I guess I got good timing or a little luck on my side. Even though they unloaded really quick I would not be quick to book a load just because it's too risky I really think I just got lucky.

I do not understand negative comments, people here are very nice, on the gate and in the warehouse, 7am appoitment 9:15 I got the papers, 2:15 for unloading 30 pallets in such a big company is a very good time

After reading the reviews I regretted accepting this load. It looks like they are trying to better the drivers experience here.
I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived @ 10:30pm my appointment was for 11:00pm. I was at a door at 10:50pm. I received a call at 11:40 that my trailer was empty. Less than an hour, it was a busy night also.

I read many bad reviews.... but my experience so far with this place is very good. Usually 30-60 min you are in and out.
I only do drop and hooks through the app.
They give you a pager to wait in your truck!
One thing to know is that they will only check you in through the guard shack 30 min before your appointment time.
Another thing that needs to be addressed is that they try to rush you out the door because of a cuota that they need to comply by. Please don’t rush the drivers they want to make sure that they drive safely with a proper hook up to the amazon trailers. Other than that keep up the good work!

Apt was at 8am. Got here at 715. They had me wait in the lot next door till they called with a dock. By 750 I was in a dock. An hour later I hooked empty, got paperwork and I was out of there. It was a Sunday so maybe I got lucky.

My appointment was at 2pm, arrived 1 hour earlier. Security guards were nice, especially Vania-very helpful and polite lady. I got a dock at 1:20pm, and at 3:30pm my trailer was empty.

You can check in an hour before your appt time. My Appt was at 9am, checked in at 8. Empty at 1030.

I know it's mostly negative reviews here, and I actually worried that unloading will take a while. As they told me sometimes they short on staff or have too much Freight coming in, so it takes longer to unload .

Arrived at 8:15am for my 9:00am delivery. Was at the dock at 8:30. 9:15am my trailer is empty. Can’t wish any better. And people are incredibly friendly here. One of the best distribution centers ever!!!

Got here at 3:56 for 4:00 appointment. Given door at 4:15. Unloading was done in exactly 1hr. Got paperwork at 5:20. 19 pallets. Thank you

Inexplicably efficient and professional. I know more than a handful of associates that brag about benefits, great pay plus very flexible work schedules to manage. 10 stars if I could honestly. ❤

Ok, so I was skeptical about coming here after reading the reviews.
But, I had a good experience. The people at the guard shack were friendly, as well as the people at receiving. I checked in an hour before my appt, and was out just under 2 hours after the appt time. I had a live unload btw.

I work hear and its an awesome place.
The people and staff are down to earth.
The H.R team is amazing.
The safety team is allways makeing shore that everbody worker/vistor is safe.
Jeff benzo is an awesome man to work for.
