I moved here in August 2022, my first home! I love it here, quiet, peaceful, and a great manager, Jen. She is kind, and very professional! I am a senior so I enjoy this park because of the tranquility it has! Country feel, city not far!

Very quiet, safe community for kids. I love it here. The manager Mrs. Jennifer is absolutely nice

Been here helping care for a relative while he recovers from his surgery. This is a lovely community. My relative has made many great friends with his neighbors and they all look out for each other. The grounds are clean and well maintained. I have had minimal contact with the staff, but the contact I have had has been positive.

Jennifer and Glenn are awesome! Such great concern for us since we first moved in and our comfort. I haven’t seen a nicer mobile home community anywhere else and I thank them greatly!

We relocated to the area because we loved it in the QC! After reviewing several parks, and a year in our search and connecting with Jennifer, we had to purchase at Lakeview Estates! Closed in a week!
It's a small little community and beautiful!

Jenn does a great job managing. No matter how many questions I have, and how often I ask them, she is patient and kind to thoroughly tell me what I want to know. She is very knowledgeable of everything to do with becoming a resident. And she's willing to help in any way. She has always given me a quick response, even on weekends.

The park has a really kind of laid back vibe..the lake, lots of trees, obviously some long time residences but well kept. I'm "older" and that all appealed to me. I am a long time conventional homeowner and this was my downsizing, smaller footprint move.
The management on and off site has been excellent and accommodating.

Jenn and Jerry are great. Very nice and easy to work with and they are vert attentive. Just bought a new mobile home and love it. Even just moving in we can see are making the park an even better place to look at and live. Love it

Jennifer Olds is a very hands on employee assisting in every way she can with the residence and the employees. She’s caring and willing to go that extra mile The community has changed drastically and will continue to do so with her expertise

Just moved into a brand new, beautiful home here and the management and maintenance has been incredibly helpful! Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly residents and management. So glad we decided to move our family here!

Although I do not live within this community, I have recently drove through and am pleasantly surprised at the appearance of this community at this time. It seems to be well managed. I stopped and talked to a resident that said management and maintenance are great, they have really cleaned it up!
