Update: The truck exhaust has been fixed and deliveries have been arriving quicker! Glad this location finally got a better delivery driver for our delivery route in north Normal. The current driver is so much nicer than the prior one. However Fedex needs to fix the exhaust on the guys truck, I think it’s completely fallen off. The truck is so loud you can hear them coming a mile away. :). When we have had problems getting packages before you can never reach anyone at the Morton location so I doubt they will see this or do anything!

I had some issues with getting my delivery rerouted to a place I could pick it up. In fact, after the second attempt for the seller to reroute it, my order got packed into a truck to go back to the seller. After calling FedEx customer service, they put me in touch with Beth, who actually worked at the facility. She could've just told me it was already on a truck and she couldn't do anything, but instead she found it in the truck, pulled it out, and kept it for me to pick up. She even stayed past closing hours so I could get it. Thanks so much, Beth. You truly went above and beyond.

I was allowed to pick up my package at the Morton facility when it was determined they had the wrong address. Great customer service .

Fantastic delivery location. Drivers and staff are always courteous and professional. Other delivery companies (cough, USPS) will just leave packages in the rain, the FedEx driver took the time to tie a plastic bag to ensure my package arrived safely. Every package I've ever sent or was delivered through this facility arrived on time.

Josh perfetti at the Morton facility was awesome! From his response on the call to assist at the gate to helping me with a good size package he was there to help great attitude very good guy! It was the first time to have to ship a package I will definitely return if your employees are like him!

After spending three very frustrating days on the phone with FedEx customer service I nearly gave up any hope that my sister in Manito, IL would ever receive her package. I repeatedly requested for my sister's package to be delivered any time after 3:30 PM as there would be no one home prior to that hour to sign for it. Three days in a row, 8/13, 8/14, and 8/15 FedEx attempted (unsuccessfully) to deliver the package well before the 3:30 hour even though FedEx had been informed by three different individuals (myself, my sister, and the shipper) that the package needed to arrive after 3:30 PM.

So, for three consecutive days FedEx wasted fuel, put unnecessary wear and tear on their vehicle and sent the driver on a wild goose chase knowing that no one would be home to sign for the package.

To my rescue came Senior Operations Administrator, Beth Hollar from the Morton Station FedEx location! She immediately grasped the futility of how FedEx had been handling the delivery and suggested the package be sent to a FedEx drop off location in Pekin which happened to be across the street from where my sister worked! Although I had requested a change of delivery instructions many times prior to speaking with Beth no one was ever able to follow through and actually make it happen.

Thanks to Beth Hollar, the package was redirected to a Walgreen's drop off location where (finally) it was picked up on Friday 8/16! I cannot begin to thank Beth enough for recognizing and resolving a delivery situation that had turned into a nightmare. BETH HOLLAR ROCKS!

Josh Perfetti was my service representative, and he definitely went way above and beyond to help me out when I got into a tough jam with an incorrect label. He was super fast, super responsive, and really went out of his way not only to help me find a solution, but to stay in touch with me to keep me updated on that solution.

If I could give Josh 6 stars (or 600), you better believe I would. Thanks Josh, I owe you one big time!
