Recently purchased an Acura TSX from Reds Autos. It was an awesome Hassle free experience. When i arrived at the store it was closed and didn’t open for another two hours. I called the online # expecting only to leave a message and the owner (Steve) picked up right away! I mentioned i was interested in one of his vehicles and i had just left his lot because he doesn’t open till 12:00 noon. Steve said I’m 10 minutes away if I’d like to return he would drop what he was doing to accommodate me. Personally, i thought that was amazing customer service. Steve showed up quickly and was very personable and knowledgeable about his cars. I was immediately offered to take the car for a spin unattended. (Trust) i could go on and on…buying a vehicle new or used can be an expensive and stressful experience for anyone. So i just wanted to express my gratitude for the great experience you expressed to me during my purchase. Thanks Steve.

I met Steve (Red) when my daughter was looking to buy a car, after her previous one was destroyed in a crash and totaled. She was wary of the car buying process, and checked out reviews in order to decide where to go. After seeing all the positive reviews for Red's, she said this was the guy she wanted to do business with, and he had a car she liked on the lot!

My husband and I went along for the ride and we were so impressed. Steve was down to earth, friendly, honest, and not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the car my daughter ultimately bought from him, as well as all the others he had in stock.

While we were there with or daughter, we also found a car we liked, and came back later to test drive it. Ultimately, we ended up buying that car a few days after our daughter bought her car. Both transactions were easy and efficient, and Steve was very helpful in accommodating our schedules to pick up the vehicles.

If I could give him six stars I would do it, and I have already recommended him to others. When I need another car, I will head straight to Red's!

We had an amazing experience buying a used car from Steve! He was quick to respond to questions and was very honest and upfront in what problems the car had (it needed new tires). We were helping our daughter buy her first car and Steve made the buying process not only painless, but a super positive experience for our daughter purchasing her first car. Steve the owner is real down to earth guy. He is a car enthusiasts at heart, we spent at least an hour talking about cars & bikes. Flew over from Texas and bought a 128i. I drove it back that same day over 900 miles, not a single issue.

Purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot a month ago for my daughter in college! Car made the 4 hour ride with no issues! Steve was patient and not pushy like other car lots. We enjoyed the experience we had at Red’s Auto Sales! We highly recommend!!! Thanks again Steve!

I bought a truck off Red and it was by far the best experience I’ve had with buying a used vehicle. He was up front about everything and after I bought the vehicle and went to drive off the headlight went out and he drove to buy new headlight and install it for me. Not only that but he suspected the battery was on its last leg so he wrote me a $150 check to buy new battery if needed at some point. I now live in Tennessee but I’d really consider driving back to Downers grove Illinois to purchase a vehicle next time I’m in need of buying one. 100% recommended and anytime anyone ask about a used vehicle I’m sending them to Red.

I purchased a 2004 Nissan Sentra from Red 8/17/2019, I live in the great state of Ohio. I drove home 8/19/2019 putting this car to the test. I made it home safely, the car rode very smoothly! Thank you Red for this great purchase, our son loves his car!

Excellent buying experience for used cars on budget. Good variety of makers, wide price range. Honest, nice and not pushy service. Very reasonable prices. I would definitely buy there again and based of my recent experience I can highly recommend for others having limited budget and looking for a decent car. Steve (The owner) was awesome. We had a low budget due to Covid and a lot of the larger places down the street had nothing in our price range. We stopped by Red's because we saw a sticker price. Steve was very honest. Didn't try to hide anything. Anytime, anyone is looking for a car, I will defiantly recommend Red's as a first stop.

I bought a BMW535 2011 yesterday. Steve is very honest and lets you drive the car lonely on your own and check what you need without pressure. He tells you all the details before the test drive which makes you be comfortable.

They're honest, upfront, straightforward and definitely not pushy. Bought a 2009 Civic Hybrid 2 years ago and I'm very satisfied with the purchase. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good used car dealership.
