I just purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback from Auto House-Downers Grove. The car was in great condition and fairly priced. My salesman, Martin, and the staff were great to work with. They agreed to change the brake pads as part of the sale price, and they went a step further to replace the rotors as well! I am very satisfied with my experience and I would recommend Martin at Auto House-Downers Grove to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

Had a very positive experience buying my car here. I had found the car I was interested in on cargurus and when I called to inquire about it they got back to me right away. I was able to test drive alone after showing my license. I appreciate that they didn't try and bait and switch me to another vehicle as other dealerships had. Martin the salesperson was polite and easy to deal with. I had a good experience with the finance guy and I feel like a got a really good deal on a great car with a reasonable interest rate, times being what they are. Definitely would recommend them for a nice inventory and a good deal.

Auto House sold me my Honda Accord, I received the car with a good condition and they were fast and cooperative with the swift procedure of registering the car. I loved how the car was polished and cleaned when I received it. They have done all the remarks I had in a very professional and fast manner. Even when the 3 month’s warranty was over they have fixed whatever issues I have faced. Special thanks to their whole team specially Mr Ahmad and Mr Karam their in-house mechanic. Awesome service and commitment.

Frankly, I don’t understand the negative reviews. I dealt with both Tarique and Martin and found them both to be men of their words. They promised to ship the car to me (for a fee). The contract included the fee but did not specify that they would ship the vehicle. They did everything they had agreed to do. I bought a 16 year old Range Rover for $9,000. Of course it isn’t pristine. It is, however, all that they said it would be. I would buy again from them.

The weather was warm in Ilinois last week, I wanted a convertible, Tariq was honest and sold me a gorgeous Audi. Respectful, knowable, car salesman. Tell him what you want and he will deliver! They're an honest dealership and they take trade-ins and offer excellent warranties! They helped find the right car for me.

Lovely staff. From the moment I walked in the staff were great. They made sure I found the perfect car for my daughter, so I didn't have to worry about her stopping on the side of the road. They found a car within my budget and one my daughter liked. They have a wide selection but I went with a 2010 Honda CR-V that was in very good condition and they changed the brakes pads to make sure they car was in great condition before taking it home.

Love my new car!!. Auto house is amazing and has unbeatable prices. Fast and efficient service with complimentary coffee and tea. I was able to test drive the car, and drive it home the same day. I like how they have a wide selection for every one. Highly recommend, especially for upcoming 16th birthday, a car from auto house would be the perfect gift for your teenager to run errands for you;)

We went in today to trade in a car and spent practically the entire day looking for a new car to fit our needs and budget. I bought a Nissan cube 2009 last 4months. Car’s condition is really good and Martin is really honestly when I’ve seen through out my life. Best dealer shop and Best dealer in here!

My son and I drove out on December 26th to check out their Acura TL unfortunately they were closed. However while waiting in the parking lot one of the owners happened to pull in with his family in the car. He was nice enough to open up the business and let me test drive the car. I believe the car was fairly priced and we came to an agreement and actually shook hands which I am a big fan of. I went back the next day to pick it up and sign paperwork the whole process was quick and easy.

Couldnt be anymore happy with the car i got (nissan versa manual transmission) and the process aswell. Super smooth and quick and they have lots of great cars. Took it to a inspection aswell and mechanically is perfect. They even held the car for a week since my cosigner was recovering from surgery they were super understanding about it and worked around our schedule when we really needed a good car at a great deal

I got my Hyundai from here for a great price despite it being during the chip shortage. It was in great condition, and we were given a fair deal. Would highly recommend to everyone looking for a used car
