Gas station attendants were great. Food was bangin, will def go back if im in area

Nice little spot along 53. Good food and Chicago dogs and they come with fries for those of you who see that as a deal breaker. Good service as well. Definitely better then gas station roller dogs.

Maaaan, when I say I finally fell in love with the Italian beef sandwich!! I never really cared for this sandwich in the past because the gravy dip was always bland but I ordered the Italian beef with mozzarella cheese and sweet peppers and onions with the gravy on the side (if you’re a slow eater like me, you’d probably want to dip it as you eat so it won’t get too soggy). Anyway, the gravy is soooooo good and well seasoned and a lil spicy which give it the right amount of kick and the bread is so soft and meat is so tender , so when you dip it!! It melts right in your mouth!!! I’ll will be returning every time I come thru this area. (I’ll a truck driver btw) 😃

The workers are always so friendly. They are quick and to the point. Everytime I go to order, all the workers seem to be having fun and are getting along great. That's always great to see!

I used to always wonder about chicago dogs back when I worked at sonic drive in way back when, but that wasn't the way to try it anyway. I now fully understand why, the food here is amazing. The crew were very friendly and lively. I hope to see Pop's take the nation by storm amazing food is more deserving than many bigger chains. I look forward to stopping in again and trying more.

They had everything I needed. Ample parking for my big rig, and trailer. Food was great, and the staff was awesome!!!

The young lady at the counter was great in assisting me on what I should get. I had the beef and sausage with the fixings. Also cheese curds, and a pizza puff lol. The food was good, the lady was warming, “thank you love” lol. Try it out to my fellow truckers

I don't think I've ever had a bad sandwich at any Pop's location. This place is no different....hot...delicious...tasty.

I’m a native Chicagoan that has sadly moved away 😔. I’ve finally started driving for a company that will get me into the area and I always stop at Pops when I come through. They are pretty awesome compared to other beef places, plus able to park the eighteen wheels and sit for a bit. Thank you Pops for being so freakin good!!

I love the workers they are always nice and friendly and the food is great didnt have to wait long and the cashier love is a great worker

We ordered the Italian sausage sandwich w/ grilled & raw onions & giardienera. It was fabulous & we look forward to stopping by to order this again!!

This place had some amazing Midwest comfort food! I highly recommend! The Blues Brothers monument outside was the cherry on top to this awesome hidden Midwest jem.

Very tasty, clean and fast and the most important thing for a track stop is very cheap .. Thanks to all the workers of this track stop

Great food, great people and great place.

We just ate 2 Super beefs and they blew away Portillos big beefs both on taste and size. Pops like I remember as a kid, Mmmm! Had cheese sticks and mushrooms also and both were delicious…
And there was no line, but I would happily wait for food sooooo good!!👍

I'm not from the area so I haven't had the chance to get an Italian beef sandwich from any where else near or inside of Chicago. But I can't imagine it being better than this place.
