Awesome restaurant in Southwest Harbor! High quality food, great cocktails and friendly and professional staff. Owners put all their hearts into running their restaurant. My family enjoyed their meals very much therefore we will definitely be back!

We had a great experience here! The food was wonderful and so was the service and ambiance! I loved my Diablo Burger with the house chips! The rest of my party had the Lobster and Asparagus pasta dish and it came with a large portion of lobster so they were equally impressed. Our waiter was wonderful and he was very fun to interact with! To end our visit we had the blueberry crisp which was a perfect way to end the meal!

We had a lovely dinner at Cafe 2! We had the seafood stew, salmon salad, and then the fish snapper special. Everything was very fresh and tasty! The sauce on the fish really had a nice flavor. Blueberry crumble was a nice treat for dessert!

My family loves this place, we come back every year. The lunch is great with stuffed pitas, soups, and more and the dinner is spectacular every time. Great spot if you have members of your party with food restrictions or allergies as well. Take out is available too, we like calling ahead and picking up bagged lunches to bring with us on adventures around the island.

I could literally eat here every day while on vacation. Highly recommend seafood over a pita or steak. The lobster tacos were probably the best tasting lobster I’ve ever had. Prices were just right, actually not as expensive as I thought it would be. Waaaaaaaay better than Beals!!

Amazing food, fast, friendly service. After waiting at “some other place” and being ignored for a full half hour, this was a welcome change. Looking forward to coming back for breakfast.

*Update. We’ve been back for dinner. Twice. At the Island Bar. Andreas is outstanding. Great cocktails and dinner is just as good as lunch. Highly recommended any time of day.

My family and I returned to this place multiple times because it was that good. Everything was exceptional and the staff was great too. Ivan was our waiter each time and did an amazing job with our large group. This was by far our favorite restaurant of our vacation. Their breakfast was also just as great.

I'm not rich by any means, yet I have traveled and eaten all around the country. From fast food to fine dining and everything in between. Hands down, I had the best meal I've ever eaten at Eat-A-Pita last night. This establishment has it all; phenomenal food, deserts, and atmosphere. There's also a great wine selection among beers and cocktails. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will be absolutely delighted.

Even better than they say! We tried another restaurant nearby for a late breakfast, but couldn't get the server to come to our table, much less bring menus or take an order. This turned out to be a very good thing, as our next attempt was Eat-A-Pita. Eat-A-Pita had excellent service, generous but not ridiculously large portions, great food and reasonable prices. Everything we had, from the Greek omelet to the Monte Cristo to the Cadillac Mountain, was excellent. We will be sure to make the trip again - a happy experience in every way.

Stupid name but really good food. We’ve eaten here at least four times and everything we’ve had has been excellent. Had takeout and dine in and ordering and service was always quick and friendly even in the height of tourist season. Try the dip platter- excellent

I went to lunch and invited two locals. Each of us enjoyed our lunch. My lobster garden salad was pricey but absolutely delicious.

We had a great meal on a breezy October night. Salads were awesome, as were the entrees. Due to SD rules, tables were limited but the restaurant accommodated us and “created space”.

Cute cafe and fresh ingredients, with an extensive menu. Great for vegans / vegetarians. Great hummus pita sandwich. Though I was expecting a hot sandwich, I was not disappointed in the taste at all.

Plenty of seating on patio, inside or outside bar area. Local fresh food with unique dishes & soups prepared onsite with daily homemade soups. Had the Hungarian Mushroom soup , scallops & seafood meals- all very good! Good location near shops, pharmacy, bakery & ice cream shop. Would definitely return. Good portions, so need to return for a dessert!

We loved this spot!
It is rather casual, but with an uoscale menu.
We ate out at the bar. Sydney, our bartender, was terrific. The food was awesome and reasonably priced. I had pan seared scallop and lobster bisque. My husband had the duck. We both enjoyed our meals.

I love this place so much!!! I came here for lunch and the pitas were both affordable and amazing!!!! highly recommend. We also came here for dinner thinking it would be similar, but be warned, it’s a very different vibe and night. Far more expensive and different dinner options. Still VERY GOOD, but I was totally getting judged by other patrons for showing up post-hike in athletic shorts and a t-shirt, which was fine during the lunch hour.

Charming restaurant on the quiet side of the island. The best corned beef hash ever! The strawberry rhubarb French toast and smoked salmon Benedict were also delicious.
