Delicious food and nicest owners. Husband/wife team who do the baking themselves. We ordered bagels w/ cream cheese, egg and cheese bagels, have had the blueberry muffins, cranberry cookies, cinnamon buns with blueberries & cranberries……and of course, coffee. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Tasty, not overly sweet, perfectly baked. And the owners are so down to earth and friendly, it’s such a pleasure to visit this place. They are VERY popular, and for good reason. Go here - you will not regret it!

The cinnamon roll with fresh cranberries and blueberries was the most amazing cinnamon roll I’ve ever had in my life! I live for home made pastries and I can say with confidence that it’s worth every cent. Sylvia and Dan are lovely. So good. I already want more. Mmmmmmmm

Loved getting coffee here while we stayed in Booth Bay. We even made a 2nd stop before leaving. Their coffee was DELICIOUS! Had so many flavors of latte's to choose from, and their baked goods looked tasty. Would highly recommend making a stop here while visiting Booth Bay!
We tried Carmel Latte's, The Salted Carmelita, and a Cookie Dough Latte - all were super good!

The espresso was one of the best I've ever had. The Almond croissant was delicious. The service was excellent and the staff friendly. It is a very quaint shop mixed in amongst all of the tourist pipe shops right in the harbor area. A very pleasant place to stroll.

This coffee shop was awesome and charming. The owners Dan and Silvia are so welcoming and so fun. You can get coffee to-go you can get iced coffee they also have cold brew coffee and they can make you whatever you want... to eat and drink there. Silvia made a homemade carrot cake with a lemon glaze top that you put whipped cream on that was just so fresh and out of this world. They also make other muffins and croissants and things of that sort. There's coffee that you can buy by the pound to go, they have games that you can play inside, and it's open welcome and friendly to all. They are clearly a young married couple but it was noticeable that they had a gay friendly flag out front and we always support those types of establishments and thought that it was very nice that they did that and support that population.

Red Cup has amazing food and amazing service! The owners, Dan and Silvia are so kind and make it their priority that customers are satisfied and happy.
The mocha (hot or iced), BLT with avocado and blueberry muffin are some of my favorites. The fact that the food is homemade makes it even more special and delicious. As you order at the window, you can look inside and see the cozy atmosphere they have created. Their location across from the Whale Park provides a quick walk to picnic tables with a beautiful view of the harbor as you eat and drink.

Whenever I'm back in town I'll look forward to stopping by to say hello and get a coffee and some food. Going to Red Cup is always a highlight when in Boothbay Harbor.

We stopped in Boothbay for a weekend getaway during the off season. We weren’t sure which shops would be open, and we were thrilled that Red Cup was! The coffee and breakfast sandwiches were so good that we made it a point to stop there again before we left to head back home. We can’t wait to come back in the summer and get coffee there again! The BEST blueberry muffins in the world!! I know that may sound like a bit of an exaggeration but I do not like any cooked fruits and this is the one cooked fruit muffin I will eat. We bought 8 muffins and inhaled them in one morning. I wish they were around when my husband and I got married in Boothbay Harbor in 2016! We would’ve definitely used them for breakfast. I look forward to our next visit.

Amazing pastries and sandwiches, truly great coffee drinks, and exceptional service. Our favorite was the Rebel Blend cafe au lait with oat milk and pumpkin spice. There wasn't any seating, but the walk-up window is convenient and in an awesome spot in Boothbay Harbor to wander around, or find a spot to sit by the water and enjoy the view.

Currently in town on vacation and stopped here for a quick breakfast bite. Actually stopped at Portland, ME a few days back and have to say that this place is SO SO good! Coffee is grade A. Breakfast sandwiches are literally to DIE for. If I wasn’t trying to keep the waist tight, I would’ve gotten 3 more sandwiches. Nice laid back atmosphere and the surrounding ambiance just makes this place even better. 10/10 would recommend.

Best breakfast burrito I've had! Great spot next to the harbor. You can grab your breakfast to eat then walk across the street and eat next to the harbor. Service is always fast and polite.

If you're going to spend some time in Boothbay you should definitely visit Red Cup Coffee House. It's the best comfy place in town where you can just sit back and relax on their comfy couch drinking a great cup of coffee, eating some of the best sandwiches/bagels in the area (sesame bagel with veggie cream cheese and shredded carrots is a MUST! ) or if you're in the mood for dessert they have carrot cake (best in the world) or blueberry muffins (LOTS of Maine blueberries) and other homemade beverages. Don't forget to let your signature by drawing on a piece of lumber :)

While the coffee is the obvious draw their egg sandwiches on fresh bread are spectacular. They are fresh and delicious with melted cheese and a variety of toppings available. Their Covid practices are also top notch and online ordering works flawlessly. Highly recommended!

Spent a week in Boothbay Harbor and came here every morning to grab coffee and walk around town. They open early so this is the spot to hit up if you're an early bird. I mostly had espresso drinks (hot and cold lattes and the Carmelita) and iced coffee, and all of them were awesome. The same people helped me pretty much every day, and they started to learn my order, which was really nice. There aren't a lot of independent coffee options in this area, so I was grateful to find Red Cup!

What a gem! Good coffee, multiple roasts to choose from, plus a wide selection of very good fresh baked goods and sandwiches. Very nice, friendly staff, and open conveniently early. Window service only currently due to Covid.

Always delicious coffee, sandwiches and pastries. I love coming there with my son for a breakfast pizza and a chocolate croissant 🥐 - it's a true treat. The owners are most amazing and friendly folks! You won't regret a visit to Red Cup.

We ordered two breakfast burritos. They were delicious & filling. I was surprised by the sweet chili in it, which is their beans. Second morning we grabbed a blueberry cinnamon roll to go with our coffee. It too was delicious!

I love the selection of espresso drinks, coffees and dozens of flavors, including the day's special, real eggnog latte!" PLUS, the selection of large baked goods (dieters beware), and breakfast sandwiches, including bagel & lox.

Personally, I prefer my croissants crispy on the outside (I did get there two hours after opening.) and a bit more spice in my eggnog (particularly with coffee) but neither of those points are a significant detraction from a great place.
