Omg such an amazing experience if you get the chance to go do it you won't ever forget it. The owner and his family are so very nice and came around and made sure every guest was ok and provided refreshments when needed. We had such a great time the meal was absolutely amazing then we took a small hike around the island to work it all off.

Wonderful experience all around. The boat ride around the harbor was great and the food and experience on the island was fantastic. The family has it down to a science and every aspect of the experience ensures each guest has the best time possible. I definitely recommend this experience at least one time in your life.

Wow, what a great experience!! From the time that we left Boothbay Harbor to Cabbage Island and back again, absolutely everything was amazing. The outing was well orchestrated, and the hospitality was genuine and some of the best ever encountered! The soft shelled lobsters, steamers, and corn were delicious and the warm potato salad that I made from the baker, egg, and onion tied it all together. And, oh yeah, the chowder before the meal and blueberry cake after were fantastic too! All I can say, is this outing was pretty high on my list of to do’s and lived up to and exceeded all expectations!

We just went in this place last week as “Mauricio Party” My cousin reserved it 6 months ahead. When we arrived, we had the table reserved. We’re so happy and amazed. The staffs are so friendly, food was delicious! So much fun! I highly recommended this place. Meal with soup, dessert and coffee.

Summit up in one word...AMAZING!!! It was opening day on June 17th. Drizzle, rain, and about 59 degrees. Staff said it was the muddest day every. And the 6 of us didn't even notice!!! From the moment we purchased our tickets from Ryan, got on the boat, and returned back to the port, we felt like family there. Food was outstanding, to say the least. Perfectly cooked, beer was delicious, and blueberry dessert on point. This Florida boy will be going back again!!!

Despite the rainy cold weather, we were very happy with our experience. Since the weather was so bad, they had a secondary plan and everything went pretty smoothly. This was our vacation's big lobster dinner and it was awesome. Well worth the money and time. The island is beautiful and well lamdscaped

Planned this trip months in advance and I’m so glad we did! My family and I enjoyed every minute of it. Truly we had the best and most fresh lobsters. They were baked to perfection. We could literally break the claws and tails with our bare hands, the chowder, clams, the baked onion corn potato everything was just so delicious. I wish we lived closer im sure we would be there very often!!

Well recommended and it is a great experience to enjoy lobsters in Maine. Boat tour is amazing. An hour and half to the island, the captain will give some historical and landmarks along the way and only 30 mins coming back to mainland.

This was my first time having a clam bake in Maine. Cabbage island was pretty and a nice ride by boat. The captain also talked about the various islands and the history of the area. Now, the food was really good. We each got 2 lobsters, fish chowder, clams, corn, a potato, tea or coffee and a slice of blueberry cake for dessert. The food was delicious 😋 😍 and the cake was so 👍 good 👍 😋. If you get a chance definitely go and experience this for yourself! You will be glad you did!

You get a guided tour ferry ride out to cabbage Island. That alone would c out you 40 to 50 dollars on a boat tour. But with the Cabbage Island lobster bake package it's included. When you get to the Island you disembark and make your way down the dock to the island where you will enjoy 2 lobsters, a bowl of clam chowder , a bowl of steamed clams, corn on the cob, a baked potato, boiled egg, all you can drink iced tea or lemonade, and fresh blueberry cake for dessert. It really is a feast.
There's volleyball 🏐 nets set up ,take a walk-around the Island a look for driftwood , sea shells, rest on the lawn ,check out the gift shop, have some drinks ( alcoholic drinks are available for an additional cost. ) Seat on the porch and enjoy

Well worth the drive up to Boothbay. Incredible value and amazing staff. One of the best meals I’ve had in New England (I’m a bit of a lobster expert).

One of the best lobster dinners I've ever had! First you get a narrated boat tour of the harbor and islands. Once you get to Cabbage Island you pick your table (hint:walk past the building and get one of the picnic tables with a view of the water). You can check out the huge cooking area to appreciate how authentic this is! First course is homemade fish chowder - delicious!! Then they sound a whistle and you line up to get your 2 lobsters, steamers, corn, potato, onion, and egg. With melted butter of course! Because they cook over a fire in damp seaweed the flavor is superb! They do offer foil if you can't eat everything! Dessert is homemade Maine blueberry cake. The owners are always around and stop by every table to be sure everything is to your expectation. After dinner explore a bit or play volleyball or Cornhole to work off a bit of the feast. Lots of photo opportunities.we enjoyed an amazing sunset once in the boat back to town. For a quintessential Maine experience do try the Cabbage Island clambake!

What an amazing time! Right from the start with the boat ride to the island to the time we returned, the staff was awesome, friendly, informative, and made you feel right at home.
We couldn’t get over the meal, starting with the fish chowder, big pieces of fish and potato made it delicious, one lobster alone with all the items that we received would have been enough, but believe me, I ate them both! The clams were sweet, loved the steamed onion, baked potato, and the egg! Nothing beats the corn on the cob and the blueberry cake was yummy!! This was the first time we have been to Cabbage Island for the clambake, and next year we will be back with our entire family, and are looking forward to it. Thanks again all the staff on Cabbage Island you were top notch!

Dare I say, “BEST CLAMBAKE EVER!” Got there an hour early and walked around the little town—super cute, gave me Cape Cod vibes with all the stores. Got on the boat and they gave you a tour of the islands and history of the area which was interesting. Finally landed on Cabbage Island (they use to grow cabbage there hence the name) for the clambake. You find an open table and a waiter or waitress will come and take your drink order/ give you a cup of fish chowder. The fish chowder was light and not thick as what you normally would have with clam chowder. Perfect starter. Then when you hear the horn, you will go up and get your tray of food—2 lobsters, potato, boiled egg, corn, and clams. The lobster was honestly the best lobster I’ve had, it was super fresh and sweet. My all time favorite were the steamers, I would trade one of my lobsters for more steamers if I could. They were the perfect size, super super sweet wit a hint of the sea water. The corn was meh, potato was a potato, and a boil egg was a boil egg. I was full after this meal but of course I do have a second stomach for dessert, warm blueberry cake. The top was crispy, and the cake was not too sweet.

The best summer meal I’ve had. Chef kiss. I would totally come here again next summer. Also the host was super friendly! He took the time to go around during our meals to speak with everyone.
Tip: you need to book this 2 weeks ahead and you pay once you get there at the booth. They take cash only.
